Words I'd use to describe them: Exceptional, Professional, Honest, Sincere, Ethical, and Flawless!…read more I recently needed an EV charger installed and reached out to 7 different companies for quotes. I ultimately chose Sparky Crew Electric, and it was the best decision I could have made. Juan's quote was among the lowest, and after doing my own research, I found his pricing to be extremely fair and transparent. From his very first site visit, Juan stood out. He was highly professional while inspecting my electrical panel, polite, and greeted me with a warm handshake. You can instantly tell he is a sincere, honest, and hardworking person. Throughout the process, he was incredibly responsive and never cut corners. He listened patiently to all my specific requests and delivered exactly what I needed. While I had decent conversations with other electricians, Juan's level of patience and dedication really stood out from the rest. What really set him apart was his uncompromising integrity. I've read in online reviews that some electricians actually suggest their clients bypass getting a city permit. While I know some homeowners take that risk, I refused to jeopardize my home insurance and firmly believe in doing things the right way. Juan handled all the city paperwork, permits, and inspections seamlessly! In an industry where it's hard to know who to trust, his high ethical standards gave me complete peace of mind. After agreeing on a date, the installation was flawless. Just a few days later, he scheduled the city inspection. On the day the inspector arrived, Sparky Crew Electric even sent a team member to stand by and ensure everything went well (the actual inspection only took 6 minutes, but the city gave us a 3-hour window, so their team member waited there with me the entire time). I've read horror stories online about contractors vanishing after getting paid, but Sparky Crew Electric showed incredible accountability from start to finish. I have all the paperwork on file, the pricing was excellent, and communication was seamless. Juan is a true professional who takes immense pride in his work. Finding a contractor this reliable is a rare find these days. Excellent services like this deserve to be recognized. I highly recommend Sparky Crew Electric to anyone!

I had the pleasure of working with the team at Infinity Electric for the electrical panel upgrade…read moreat my home. We're a 2 EV household, so safe and consistent charging were my biggest concerns. As I was shopping around for quotes, I was pretty certain I'd need a new panel to handle the constant load of EV charging. I was already prepared to make the costly upgrade, but I wanted to see what other electricians recommended. The panel in my home was likely the original from the 1970's, which isn't rated or safe to handle today's EVs. Vince - the gentleman who provided the estimate - read my mind and also agreed that a panel upgrade would be the right way to do the job. Infinity Electric were the first and only company to recommend the electrical panel upgrade. The fact that they put safety and doing it right over trying to make a quick buck went a long way with me. This is gesture is what sealed the deal for me and confirmed that these guys are professionals. After we did the spot meter with SCE, Infinity Electric took care of all of the permitting with the city, scheduling, ordering materials, upgrading the panel, installing my EV charger in my garage and hauling away my old panel. The crew that did the install worked efficiently, cut no corners and were surprisingly tidy. Considering my panel is on the complete opposite side of the home, they were constantly going in and out of the attic crawl space to run the conduit and wiring. Construction is a messy business, but these guys made sure to leave my home exactly how they found it. All in all, my experience with Infinity Electric was phenomenal. They were clear with their recommendations, quick to provide status updates and overall were incredibly easy to work with. Highly recommended!
