This time I had some external lighting issues for my tenant who needs reliable lights when returning home after odd shifts. I live 100 miles away, so Jason started by reaching out to me by phone to find out what I wanted to have installed and gave me good suggestions on options. We agreed that I'd purchase the needed motion detector and post lights and he would coordinate with my tenant for installation. He was on time and efficient and sent me photos of his work. Tenant was very happy. Although Jason got the post lights working, in order to hide the wires they required further work tracing down wiring that ran across the front yard. Jason coordinated with my landscaper to meet on a follow up day and figured out how to best run the wiring to the post lights. We first hired him to do some work adding recessed lighting, changing out all light switches and outlets, adding an outlet above the fireplace for our tv, and adding light fixtures in all rooms, at the start of our remodel. He was able to quote me over the phone and had Danny out the next day, as we were on a tight timeline in the sequence of contractors. One day out of nowhere the entire house's electricity suddenly went out. Went to the panel and smelled burning plastic. The meter was melting! Called Elite Electrical and spoke with Jason he said it's an emergency and came out the same day. Jason pulled apart everything and showed me all of the tiny wires that were used in the panel. It was a GIANT mess inside definitely not done by a pro. He said my family was very very fortunate that the house didn't burn down that was really terrifying to hear... Jason went to work replacing my panel and all of the wiring inside is beautiful!!! I learned from Jason that he is a Master Electrician which is at a higher level than most. We hired Jason for installing numerous LEDs and fans in our 2 story house, which had almost no recessed lighting. The problem was that we had recently got the house painted, so we were trying to find someone who would be able to do this at a very short notice during a long weekend and cause mimimal damage while running multiple wires all across the rooms.
