The project included a full kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout the house, and three fully renovated bathrooms -- basically a total transformation from top to bottom. From the very beginning, the team was professional, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. They helped us with design ideas, walked us through every step of the process, and always made sure we were comfortable with the timeline and budget. Communication was excellent -- we always knew what was happening and what the next phase would be. The kitchen came out stunning, with a beautiful large island, custom cabinets, and high-quality finishes. All three bathrooms look like something out of a magazine -- clean tile work, great waterproofing, and modern fixtures. The flooring throughout the house completely changed the feel of the home and tied everything together perfectly. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how clean and respectful they were of our home during construction. Inspections passed smoothly, and the final results were flawless. If you're looking for a trustworthy contractor for a full home remodel, kitchen, bathrooms, or major renovation, I can't recommend T&N Remodeling enough. They truly care about their work and their clients.

Turned out I had a 2nd sun tunnel which was likely causing problems, so I had both replaced at a very fair price (I did my homework in advance.) My tech, Angel, was very courteous and also knowledgeable. He finished the job on time and cleaned everything up afterward. Leamon is very easy to work with, reliable and did a great job. Guy sourced a wonderful array of subcontractors who all were very professional and did an excellent job of communicating and letting us know what we needed. Guy also gave us the most competitive price for all of the labor that we could find anywhere else around Los Angeles. We are so incredibly happy with the end product of the floor and the cabinets and are working with Goldenline again on our future projects around the condo that we plan to do very soon. We have also gotten new brand new windows, sliding patio doors and collapsible bifold doors installed and they look fabulous and the work was clean, efficient and tidy! It's an incredibly rare thing in this industry to meet people who genuinely care and are invested in your best interests. Vlad, our project manager, and Guy, the company owner, gave us detailed SOWs (Statement of Works) from the onset that they stayed true to. They were consistently forthcoming about which costs would be out of pocket and what's covered in the SOW. They kept us within our budget and worked with us whenever any issue arose. For example, our HoA was particularly troublesome at points in this process, but Vlad and Guy handled the situation with such care and, again I cannot emphasize this enough, transparency. Something that was invaluable to us and saved us incredible headache. We originally started the process with only a kitchen remodel, and then after seeing how detailed and forthcoming they were about pricing and schedule, we added a bathroom remodel as well and chose to re-floor the entire unit. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only was the finished product truly gorgeous but they were wonderful and trustworthy people to work with -- something that's truly rare.

Picking a product vendor and contractor or installer for any job around the house can sometimes be…read morea difficult task. My advise is to ALWAYS do your homework, understand the scope of your job and make sure both you and your wife agree on the project and budget..That can be a game changer... Happy wife, happy life... :) Also, get several estimates and do some comparison shopping. It's also important to not only review the estimates but review or interview the contractors. You're interviewing them for their knowledge, professionalism, ideas and reliability. All are BIG "must haves " in my book...and sometimes even score higher than price. We just finished a small spa project in the backyard and we wanted to bring the indoors (our den) to the outside with replacing our 1960's metal sliding glass doors. Our goal was to have a wider free flowing feeling from our den to the backyard. I started looking for local vendors who I thought could help with our project. I wanted to find a quality door at a reasonable price and a contractor ( installer) that I felt comfortable enough to have in my home and who could also see our vision. After several weeks of research I found both...a quality vendor for the purchase of the doors and a professional and reliable installer. Door Vendor: All Windows and Doors Depot 4525 San Fernando Rd. Unit# E Glendale, CA 91204 Phone: (818) 696-6862 Gary, the owner of All Windows and his trusted office manager Sajma were the perfect pick for our project. Gary was very helpful when picking the right door for my 1948 Ranch style home as well as within my budget. Sajma, provided the budget reviews and as we moved forward the delivery schedules throughout the project. They have a small show room that helped me get ideas and also allowed me to see the quality of the doors and materials used. Gary also had a great contractor and installer that he recommended .... Harry, from AG Stallwart. Harry AG Stallwart Construction 818-384-0052 My wife and I met Harry ( when he came by to do the measurements) and instantly knew he would be the right guy for the job. His team was professional, on time, neat and knowledgeable. They did the demo and installation in one day and we were very impressed with the final look! So in the end, our diligence payed off. Rarely, do you connect with vendors and contractors to the degree that you would publish a review...but I did. Gary, Sajma and Harry are in my " favorites" for future projects and are my recommendations to friends and family. A family owned business here in Glendale with great customer service, reliability and fair pricing. I Highly recommend this dynamic trio for your next project. I spoke to Luz on the phone and she immediately had a vision for the house even before she stepped foot in the house. I appreciate that this company also helps design, as other companies I spoke to did not and would require me to source materials on my own which of course I had no knowledge of. Luz, her husband Ohad, and their team worked tirelessly on creating an updated home. Even though the scope of work increased (and we did go way past original budget, as I agreed to), I now have a house that not only I can be proud of but also one that is sure to last another 40-50 years. And even though there were some construction kinks at the end, the team was quick to address them and are still easily reached even long after the project was finished. Thank you, Golden Hands Builders, for your miracle hands to make my home a renewed dream.
