My interaction with Jesse. He's 13 but somehow buying windows. It persuaded me to give them a try.

I was recommended to them by a good friend but reading some reviews specifically Jesse's I was skeptical about trying them out...I am a licensed contractor so I do work all over SoCal and it is difficult to find a good glass company. After reaching out to Jesse and seeing he was lying about their review I decided to give Princess windows a shot. I called to make an appointment and they came to measure the next day. I was quoted the following day at what I thought was a reasonable price and Yessenia gave me a one week lead time. They installed the day after they received the windows and I was very happy with the job. Great job guys! You have earned my business.

Just came here for a estimate for a screen , I called before then showed up and I told the guy I called and spoke to a lady and she gave me an estimate already and he told me to sit he will make and it will take ten minutes. I was surprised because other places I called and went too needed a deposit and they will have it available in one or two days This is my new go to place for a screen

New window replacement that was done quickly and professionally by the crew. Vandalism was the culprit.

The best part of working with Josh and his team is the great and consistent communication. Our project to replace a 2nd story sliding glass door met a slight issue with damage beyond what could be originally assessed. Josh, Homero and the team were able to fix and continue their work. They even finished before the original timeline with the extra damage to fix! While this was the higher of the original quotes we received, the product and service we received was worth every penny. The team addressed our family's concern of keeping the carpet clean and they did an amazing job cleaning up. We also went with a company that would not shy away from new construction windows since we knew we had termite damage around one of the windows. They did a great job and the extra cost for new construction was well worth it. The window company they use is located in Anaheim and has a showroom and is very comparable with Milgard and Anlin windows. Communication with Josh was super easy and fast through text and I'd highly recommend him.

Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. It was clear it was time for a replacement. Before choosing James, I got a quote from a very popular windows and doors company in Orange County. James, the owner of Lucero's Windows and Doors, not only offered the best price but was also extremely responsive. He mentioned that he previously worked as a Home Depot installer, which gave me confidence that he was properly trained. I was initially cautious because of the low number of reviews, but the consistent perfect scores from other customers made me optimistic. Now, after working with him, I can confidently say that Lucero's Windows and Doors is the real deal. Because our home required a custom-sized door, James came out twice to take measurements. After about two weeks, the custom entry door arrived, and he completed the installation in a single day. He told me our home was one of the oldest he's worked on, and the walls were very different from newer builds. Despite the challenges, he made everything fit perfectly, and the final result looks fantastic. We no longer feel a draft under the door, and it swings smoothly without any issues.

James's price is competitive, we also reached out to other door vendors in the area, his price came back within our budget. He's also very knowledgeable about the product and can tell he's been in the industry for a long time. It took James 2 days to get all doors installed. He was courteous and mindful getting work done. We had one door that had some problem with our floor not leveled, he assured us it would be resolved. For the utility door, the quality is above our expectation as an exterior door that not guest facing, and he complimented the hardware for us without charging since our own hardware is garbage. My partner is a very peculiar person with details. He's very happy about James work that alone speaks his work quality. I would definitely hire James again if we have door or window job, would take his referral for other jobs needed!

We met with Mike (the owner) at his showroom who went through every option and provided clear details for the products we had to choose as well as the process from start to finish. We went with Mike's product recommdation, Anlin Windows, based on those details which was clearly the right choice. Mitch (the ops manager/job forman) came to our home at the appointed time, took the measurements and advised what we needed to do to assist in the installation process which was basically moving any large objects away from the windows, both inside and out. In fact, we were contacted every step of the way from the owners, office staff and field staff and advised of the progress of our order. We were notified of the windows arrival at thier warehouse 6 weeks later and set up an installation date. JC and Willy arrived on time and got started right away after thanking me for clearing thier work areas as thoroughly as I did after the intial walk through. They did an amazing job. They were courteous, clean, respectul, and completely professional in every way. They had every window plus a very large slider installed before the end of the day and once again complimented and thanked me making their work areas accessible and easy to work in. They also left every area they worked in cleaned up as if they were never there. A rarety these days! JC then provided me with some tips specfic to any potential screen door squeeks and advised me to apply something on the screen to prevent any accicdents in the form of me or anyone else walking through that screen. I used a couple of thin strips of duct tape. The windows/screens are obviously new and almost transparent. Especially after living with the previous extruded metal OG windows for as long as we did. He showed me the features of each window and door, explained how the locks worked on each and answered any questions I had. There was minor 1 hiccup. During the unpacking process of the windows, JC pointed out to me that 1 of windows would not be able to be installed as it arrived broken. Not the window itself but the top right corner of the exterior vinyl overlap. The damage was not seen at the warehouse as it was under the protective card board/plastic and must have happened during the shipping process from the factory. I know from experience these things happen and it is how they are reacted to that seperates the good companies from the bad. OCWE took care of it without hesitation and insisted I deduct $500 from the intial installation balance until the replacment was installed and the job completely finished. The replacement was rush ordered. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get it. I got a call extactly 2 weeks later and we set up the installation appointment. The final window was just installed in under 30 minutes by JC and Willy as I had requested they come back for the aformentioned reasons. My wife and I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the choices we made specific to the company, product, pricing and professionalism of every team, top down from sales, ops and installation. We would do it again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend OCWE for window/slider upgrades in every way and when you do, make sure you specifically request JC and Willy to install them. You will not be sorry!

    Montecito Heights

(This review includes a response to the business owner's reply)…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Paul's Windows, and I want to share it so that other homeowners know what to expect before working with this company. I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine. But if you want clarity, professionalism, and accountability in writing, then look elsewhere. § Paul's response below is a classic damage control move -- polite on the surface, but full of deflection and quiet rewriting of events. To clarify: the window in question would have met the required 13" clear opening. That wasn't in dispute. Art, their sales associate, confirmed that in writing and was fully prepared to proceed with the job -- until I asked for a simple written accountability. That's the moment everything fell apart. Paul's follow-up misrepresents the timeline and sidesteps the core issue -- not whether the window would fit, but whether the company was willing to stand behind the result they were being paid to deliver.

After signing the contract the windows were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. The installation team worked quickly and Art was there to see it complete. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.
