But the crew and staff at TMC were so terrific, they relieved any anxiety I may have experienced. They came several times to my home and measured and re-measured to make sure everything was perfect. The crew, led by Danny, worked diligently and exact. The new doors and windows look amazing! I am so grateful to TMC for their Great work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

When we told him we were not certain about the style of doors for some of the items he urged us to sign the contract to take advantage of the discount and assured us we would be able to update via a change order. Nothing would be ordered until the choices were made and the change order was executed. We have done many remodeling projects over the years and change orders are standard so we had no reason to doubt his assurances. Since then he has overpromised and failed to deliver. Every time we texted or emailed to ask about the change order status he reiterated that it was with the office, everyone was aware, nothing would be ordered and the change order would be sent - tonight, tomorrow, next day...you get the picture. After weeks of waiting for the change order so we could move on the project, we tried to escalate a number of times because based on the reviews we expected better customer service. However, we were told we needed to resolve all the miscommunications and failed follow through with the salesman that had failed to follow through. Imagine our surprise when we got a text that some of the doors were ready for installation. The salesman was shocked as he had told us nothing would be ordered until the change order was signed. In an effort to salvage the project and because we wanted to believe the salesman, we allowed for partial installation. The installation was riddled with additional issues. Wrong hardware, wrong trim, no wood molding around the door. The salesman was apologetic and did not understand why there was a disconnect. After another few weeks of messages, emails and requests to escalate, we finally got confirmation that the salesperson and the director of revenue would come to our home at 2pm on 6/22. They arrived late 30 minutes late (even though my husband had made it clear he was meeting them during his lunch hour) and the director of revenue was defensive and put all blame on the misrepresentations made by their salesman on us. During the meeting the salesman told him that the remaining doors had not been ordered. After that meeting the company STILL had the salesman follow up to ask how we wanted to proceed. He was embarrassed at that point because he was telling us the company would be able to address our concerns and they hung him out to dry. Even though it wasn't our fault, in an effort to put this nightmare behind us and NEVER deal with them again, after a few exchanges with the director of revenue, we agreed to a resolution provided they completed the project by today. No response for over a week until this afternoon when they basically said 'thanks for agreeing to letting us do what we haven't done but keep bending over backwards so we can do it in our terms'. @owner of the company you should step in sooner and not wait for the online reviews to try justifying the experience. For all those that posted 1 star reviews in the last year we should talk about options. Based on your experiences I can tell is not the individual players. It's the company.

We found one on a landlord magazine, another online and Paul's on Yelp. The other two were very expensive and kept trying to upsell. We had Art come to meet us and he was very friendly and upfront about how they do business. We hit it off with Art so the unconventional way of doing things was not a problem for us. He can be trusted at his word. Art made rough measurements (for the initial estimate) and the contractor came for exact measurements. The check cleared normally and Art texted and emailed us about everything. It took three weeks to get the windows and were installed in one day. They did good, clean work. Very professional. My house looks so much better, and can hardly hear anything outside. We had two new windows in the kitchen which we thought were installed wrong, but Art's installers said they were good and that they would be ok (no up sale). They even caulked and painted one little spot to make it nicer. He also didn't try to upsell us when I asked to keep one of the old windows in the dining room because I thought it was "charming" but it doesn't open. (I have since changed my mind and will be getting them to replace it after all.) Installation went smoothly (to us). One of the windows was not the same brand so one of the guys went all the way to the suppliers and returned with the right one WITHIN the day while they were still working. We are very pleased with our 7 dual pane laminated crystal pacific windows. And looking forward to getting my "charming" old painted shut, heat attracting window replaced!!

Installation took place this past Monday (9/28). Frank & Joe arrived several minutes early () for the 7AM appointment . We were impressed with their expedience and professionalism. They were meticulous in prepping each work area taking care not to trample any of the plants outside the windows nor creating unnecessary dust/debris inside. They completed the installation & total cleanup in about 3.5 hours. We are very happy with our new windows and the excellent installation performed by Frank & Joe. He was very flexible and offered several options to accomplish our project. He provided all the details so we knew what to expect and did a great job of maintaining communication. The office kept to schedule and did a terrific job reminding us of the appointment and keeping us informed on when the installers would arrive. Our installers: AKA "The A Team" Enrique, Christian and Carlos came completely prepared and performed the work in a professional craftsmen-like manner with much attention to detail. When you can find tradesmen that do work with attention to detail, respecting your home and investment, they need to be applauded which I extend to this Team! To top it off, Andrew, the owner of Hometime, reached out personally, the same day of the installation, to check on how the job went and see if we were satisfied with the job. To summarize: If you are considering replacing windows and are looking for a quality job with a company that takes pride in their product and work, you need not look further!
