We reached out to 3 door vendors before we made the call to Coastal. No one wanted or could help us, but just one conversation with Calvin and he was able to get the job done within 3 days. We needed a stronger door for our house since the old front door was worn down and barely holding on. We went though the selection and sales process with him and he was very honest about what we should get (and he didn't try to sell the most expensive one, which I always appreciate and respect). If anything happens to my doors or windows again, I'll be sure to call Coastal, for sure. read more

Needed to replace a screen frame and screen. Contacted Coastal and provided measurements. I was able to pick the screen up in just about a hour. Fit perfectly once I installed it. Excellent customer service and pricing! read more

really disappointed with their approach for business. I called the business for a Front entry door fiberglass with sidelite, talked to Calvin i was told he is the owner. So i decided to visit the store , Calvin was not available so i talked to their associate - John. He gave me a catalog to select what I want, a day later i gave him my choices and he said he will get back to me on the price but they don't do installations. I tried to find my own installer. Next thing i call to followup wouldn't pick my calls and finally he picks up and says don't involve me in this. He said, you are involving Korean, Vietnamese, Indian and white Really ? is this how a businessmen think here? really disgusted with his comment and thought process. As a normal customer i tried to look for what i wanted and he straight away rejected the potential business and said above comments. I really hope they correct this to survive in this competitive business. read more

Calvin was on it. Windows were beautiful and to spec. Service was great, thanks to Calvin. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely 5 stars. I had a 'solid oak' door installed a little over 3 years ago. This is the door that leads to the garage from the back yard. With repeated rains, the door kept getting warped and eventually the bottom gut fell out. I called Calvin and he told me it should've lasted longer. Come to find out, I was sold an interior door instead of an exterior door. Calvin told me the new doors are made of fiberglass on the outside. His two installers came and they worked really hard. Really professional and the door looked amazing. They even sealed the bottom with polyurethane and sealed some cracks at the bottom of my homes foundation. I highly recommend them. read more

Made an appointment online on their website through their square appointment system. I got my confirmation and I arrived 15 minutes early and the place is closed!! I called the number listed and voice mail is full. REALLY what a waste of my time on a Saturday. I left a text and did not get any response. Maybe with others you have received better customer service but very disappointing with ne. Call to confirm your appointment. Parking lot gaye is closed and both rolled down gates are closed and light off. read more

I'm beyond frustrated. The sales portion was perfect but it's been three weeks and my door was not installed properly. We have reached out numerous times to the installer and he has been playing games. After reaching out to Coastal, they claim the installer doesn't work for them and they don't guarantee his work. The installer was sent by Coastal, however, they're trying to wipe their hands clean for the botched service we received. Walk or should I say run, take your business to a company that will follow through with their work. read more

I had a really great experience here. Maivy is very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get a couple windows and a door in the time frame I needed. Highly recommended! I contacted this company to replace all the windows in my home. My original windows were over 30 years old and we wanted to go with a more modern style, while keeping energy efficiency as a priority. Of the companies that quoted me coastal windows reached out to me the fastest, and made me their priority. Their customer service was the deciding factor in choosing a window company, and I was not disappointed. I made some last minute changes to my original order, and they were more than happy to meet my needs. The job was completed efficiently, and I am extremely happy with their service! read more

We had been shopping at big box stores and larger chains for interior doors. We had to chase down someone to answer questions. Until we had the good fortune of finding Coastal Windows and Doors. Calvin was super helpful. He was patient with all of our questions and decision-making. He was able to take care of our needs at a lot lower price and much faster than we were told at other stores. Great customer service and follow up. We are happy to support small business and will be back to buy there again. read more

Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. Excellent, precision work. The custom window we ordered was PERFECT!

I visited their showroom and spoke with a very nice guy who said he would have his installer call to schedule with me to come out and measure for several doors that I needed replaced. Unfortunately, that installer never called, nor did the business follow up with me. I instead had Mike Correa replace all my doors, and he was great. read more

I really would like to give this company a negative 5 for there terrible customer service, but I will settle for a 1. I called them a week ago to schedule an appointment to come out and measure for folding patio doors in a commercial building. They explained I would receive a call back to set the appointment. Well that didn't happen. So the next week I call back and explained what happened and I was assured a guy would call me back. Well I waited that day and half of the next day, and still no call. So I call them and explain the terrible cuatomer service I have received and really the guy was very silent. I explained my job is approximately $40,000 and maybe they are doing so well they don't need my job. I wished them good luck, because they are gonna need it. If they continue to treat customers or maybe it is just women this way they won't be in business long. I would not do business with a company who can't even call you back to book a job, because if there is a problem you know they won't call you. Signed a very disgusted almost customer read more

I love this place. Great service and great product. I'd almost call it my second home. Calvin is a great help!

Communication with Calvin was great in the beginning, and then tapered off as it took an entire YEAR to get my door. Understand supply chain issues/things happen as a result of the pandemic but I ordered doors in February of 2022. Doors didn't arrive until February 2023. And even, they weren't what I originally wanted. I had to get new doors due to the originals being defective and not passing his QA inspection TWICE which it took 8 weeks each time to get a replacement. This could easily have been an error on the supplier but it was absolutely a headache waiting and waiting and following up constantly. The second option, fiberglass doors, were finally picked up and installed by coastal's recommended contractor and even then it took over 1.5 months for him to complete. Came to install the doors, waited for a replacement piece and then 1.5 months later, it's finally painted and done. Really was way too long of a process for door installation from beginning to end. Unfortunate. read more

I needed new closet doors, looking around just couldn't find the style or quality in doors until I found Coastal Windows & Doors. The quality of the product was excellent. Calvin was very helpful. I was remodeling my bathroom and had an idea of what kind of door that I wanted and had a hard time finding one that looked to be of good quality online and at Home Depot and such. I called a few different local companies and they seemed to had the lower quality doors at a higher price. I called and talked to Calvin (didn't answer when I called and returned the missed call right away) he was super helpful telling the the differences in the glass of the white laminate shaker style door I was looking for. The price seemed fair. I compared to the other prices I got and felt Coastal gave me a good price for a quality door. Placed my order and the door came in way sooner than expected. I wasn't sure if the door would fit in my car & Calvin told me to come on up and we'd make it work, and he certainly did. He loaded up the door (super heavy) and made sure it was safely secured in my car. Very happy with my door & just waiting for my bathroom to be finished so I can enjoy it more! Thanks Calvin! read more

was especially diligent and detailed when looking at my plans. got me exactly what i needed. great store

I needed a door and I needed it fast. It was also a very specific size (not the usual), style (single glass pane), and type (left hand outswing for an exterior). The big box stores said it was a special order and would take weeks. And I don't think they even knew what I was asking for. Calvin at Coastal Windows & Doors was my hero! Not only did he understand exactly what I was looking for, he went out of his way to find it and get it to me in less than a week! And all of this was accomplished by phone, saving me wasted time running around. He answered every question patiently, and delivered the door with no drama. I don't hand out 5 stars lightly--but good customer service always deserves high marks. Plus the new door is EXACTLY what I wanted. I highly recommend Coastal Windows & Doors! read more
