THC rebuilt my roof after the January, 2025 fire and winds. They overcharged me by nearly $1,000 and refused any further communication. I won in Small Claims court, and THC has still failed to pay. The roof is great. The company's business practices and ethics are bad. read more

We worked with David and Ali after a wet California winter made us realize we needed a new roof on over 30-year-old home. David came out in the rain and immediately tarped our roof and made sure that all the leaks were covered. The team as whole were very professional and VERY clean. They made sure to constantly keep the front and backyard clean which was very nice given we have a dog daily. The level of communication was excellent from the home office, the guys on the roof and our project managers. There were never any unexpected surprises and they went above and beyond. Given that we are down in Laguna Niguel and they are in Reseda they always were on time and always made sure that we understood every step of the process. They handled all permits and inspections and made the process seamless for us. Would recommend them to anyone. read more

I'm really happy with Trusted Home Contractors. I worked with Carlos and he was extremely helpful after some shingles were damaged due to a windstorm. He inspected my roof and that's when I realized that was more damage than I had expected. He was extremely helpful to me in navigating the best possible solution and helped me pick a cost effective roof that I'm really happy with. I completely trusted his expertise and couldn't be more happy how my roof turned out. read more

I needed to repair a good amount of stucco and have an entire 2,000 sq ft house painted. Trusted home came out with Sofy, Carlos, and Brian. They were all very helpful and hard working. They gave me the presentation and while I really can't comment on the truth of the claims of the Cool Life paint, the work has been great. The house looks great, I don't know if it's any cooler because of the paint but they did a very good job repairing stucco and wood facia to look similar before repainting. They did a overall great job. There were a couple of minor issues but being realistic it was a great experience and would recommend using this company again hands down. read more

This is my third project (bathroom) with THC and as usual, am thrilled with the result. David took such good care of me. The craftsmanship was exceptional and they showed up on time, worked very hard, and cleaned up. read more

We worked with Michael, Tina and Reuben for two projects and will continue to trust THC. I have had my share of horror stories with so called contractors who do subpar work and disappear when the check clears. THC is a hard working team that wants to get the job done and leave knowing their customer got exactly what they wanted. THC did an amazing job on the stucco/siding of our house. Everything we added, changed our minds and added more, THC worked with us without complaint. We had them come back and change all our interior door. The casing/moldings look amazing. You would never know our house is nearly 70 years old. Thank you Tina, Reuben and Michael. We now have the prettiest house in the neighborhood. See you soon! read more

Happy to say that the defective paint areas have been addressed.

I highly recommend Carlos if he's available. I had a difficult and intricate project for a domed roof that was destroyed in a fire and Carlos led his crew to reconstruct it to where it was better than the original. The working conditions weren't great either but Carlos took it in stride and made it all happen. He's great. I never thought I'd say that about a contractor, but here I am. If you have any questions for me, hit me up in dms. read more

I called THC for a wrap-around patio cover and stamped concrete . As with any contractor, I was a little leery and cautious but I became a little more comfortable when I spoke with Howard and Leah. Their customer service is fantastic...and then I met Carlos. Carlos' reputation precedes him. I immediately knew that the job was going to be done right as Carlos oversaw the entire project from start to finish. He kept me abreast of everything, from design to city permits to snags in the inspection process for my city. I will definitely hire THC again for future projects and I will definitely be asking for Carlos again. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the beautiful work done by Carlos and the THC team. Update We've had recent rains and there are leaks in the patio cover. I called and asked if someone could come out to repair these leaks. This call was placed on 12/14. Today is 12/24 and it has rained again and no one has come to repair the leaks. read more

I found Trusted Home Contractors on Angie's List. I reached out to 3 companies to get a bid for painting the exterior of my home and some minor repairs on my roof. Trusted Home Contractors called me the next day to schedule a time to meet with my wife and I. From that day they were on their game. Carlos was very professional in handling the whole process. Trusted Home Contractors and their team of professionals gave my wife and I a beautiful home. I would also like to compliment the painters in how they had such attention to detail and making sure that our expectation were met. Thank you all for such a great job!! read more

They have been remodeling the outside exterior walls and windows of our house for about 2 years. There have been a ton of cons with them but I will say they never ditched us and fixed every single one of their mistakes. I am giving them 4 stars because we worked with Brian and he literally saved them from me giving a 1 star. He is reliable, trustworthy, caring and a very honest guy. Only use them if he is your project manager. Ultimately, we are happy with the work because he stepped in and worked hard to make us happy. I'm not sure I would recommend this company if he wasn't there! read more

Awesome contractors, very thorough, price was good, they took care of all issues, quick start to finish, clean work, very nice, very trustworthy people. My new roof is beautiful and super efficient. I highly recommend! read more

After well over $30,000.00 in stucco and siding work, I'm now confident to say that these guys are horrible.... They use substandard subcontractors and do not stand by their work. They will blame the contractors and they keep using the same people. My project was supposed to be done MONTHS ago and they are still coming back to repair horrible work. They'll start strong and with 2-4 'field supervisors' but all that does is confuse everyone as they do no communicate with each other. Now they seem to use the excuse "he has corona so he couldn't come today"..... an hour after they were supposed to show up because their client's time means nothing to them. I've left messages for Howard the GM and the guy in charge of customer service but he ONLY got back to me when I reached out via a comment on their Facebook. They immediately deleted my comment and blocked me from posting more... no wonder they have no bad reviews there. Stucco was cracking days later and after 3 BS "repairs", its still cracking. The faux brick was not only put up horribly but it started coming off of the house less than a month later. HORRIBLE customer service, horrible end result and they are NOT the cheapest... After this experience, I can't imagine recommending them. I usually do NOT put up bad reviews but this has been so horrible and expensive that I didn't want anyone else to go through what I've dealt with. Feel free to message me if curious. read more

I have tried to contact my representative Levi from Trusted Home Contractors since the beginning of June, with no response. They missed two "BIG" spots on the front of my house and the back patio cover needs a second coat as well as the workmanship on the open slats part of the patio cover was very bad! Follow up is non-existant. read more

My wife and I met Levi Bradley through a family referral. Levi was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He came to our house and really was thoughtful and listened to the requests and concerns that we as new home owners had. He really took the time to explain the renovation in detail and how to make our home perfect! He clearly is an expert in his field and 100% trust his judgement, top quality is what he's all about. If you're looking for someone to help you with your next home renovation, I highly recommend Levi Bradley! read more

They're scrambled, unorganized, not sure if they gave you a bid or not. It seems all they do is get people to come give you a bid and those people must be independent contractors who tack some money on to get THC paid. Marianne was stressed and very disheveled on the phone. She called me at least three times to ask for the job and tried to pressure me into letting another guy come give a second bid, since "her"contractor never told her what the bid was. Say, what? No, we are going to pass and go with a company who knows what their employees are doing. I got three painting quotes and theirs (which I had but she couldn't locate) was twice what the other two bids were. I'm gonna take a hard pass. read more

We shopped around for roof, after 3 estimates Ali presented us some roof options and immediately knew this is the company we need to work with. Ali was present during the project following through all the details. We are happy we choose this contractor, it was stress free to rely on on Ali I rarely leave a 5 star rating but this job deserves a 5 star. I highly recommend Ali 2134947375 read more

I had the best experience with trusted home contractors. Ali and Richie were great and easy to work with. They came out and ensured i was completely satisfied with the job, workers, and final product. They did an excellent job and im soo in love with how beautiful the house looks. I had a prime contractor working on a remodel for my 1950's home and he left the job with a partial poorly completed stucco job with no gutters. Ali met with me, offered his services and explained the different items they could do. Their prices were very reasonable and competitive. I am extemely happy to have found them. They made my unfortunate situation a thousand times better. If you need stucco, gutters, anything... you can rely on them. read more

My property in Hermosa Beach California had weathered 15 years of the harsh marine elements and was looking horrible. To make matters worse, A very similar brand new home was built right next door. So I challenged Trusted Home Contractors to do the impossible! Make my 15 year old home look just as nice as the new home next door. Well to make a long story short, THC (and no we're not talking about THAT THC LOL). Did an amazing job and now my property looks like new. Also I live in Texas and had to do all of this from out of state. Thanks to the fantastic project management skills of Isaac Shapov the entire project went perfectly. I could not be happier with the results and highly recommend Trusted Home Contractors for any project you need. Extremely professional and reliable. Don't waste your time or money on the cheap fix contractors. Just remember the tried and true saying - you get what u pay for! read more

New roof and couldn't be happier. From quote to finish working with this team was easy. We were on our last layer and no plywood (old house). The crew removed 3 layers, added plywood, new tile and redid the hot mop/gravel on our two flat roof areas in 2.5 days. They were clean and detailed. Love the look of the new roof and no longer have leaks. 100% satisfied. read more

THC rocks! Called about getting an estimate to have the trim on my home painted. Chris came by the very next day (a Saturday no less) and gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. We agreed on a price and the job was started the following week. Painters were very professional, reliable and neat. Matched the custom color I wanted perfectly! Even used a new high efficiency, energy saving, rubberized paint guaranteed for 25 years......who knew? Also had them install new gutters immediately after the trim was finished. Both jobs were done in the time frames which were originally discussed and seamlessly at that thanks to the efforts of Zach the territory manager. Kudos to the whole THC team and their worker bees! Will definitely be using them for any of our future home improvements. Thanks THC :-) read more

My grandmother called them regarding a roof leak, she was very satisfied with their quick response. Tim Tinsley is very professional and efficient and coordinated the repairs in a very timely manner. Called and got an quick response from Chris with careful consideration as to the repair of our roof. Zack, the attending supervisor was very attentive and was always available by phone to address any of the specifics regarding our repair. The roof installers worked diligently and were very courteous. Also the interior repair was done professionally and they left with everything clean and tidy. A good value and we will use them again when the need arises. read more

I'm very disappointed with this company Chris and Mike came out in the rain to give me an estimate on my roof. They got up and took a look at my situation. I want a complete re roof. The came inside and Mike gave me his pitch. Qoted a price. Took me through hero financing. Several texts with questions and answers later I was satisfied. Chris was to come out at noon on sat to sign me up. He was late not a big deal. Then he tells me he made a mistake and it was going to cost 2000.00 more. Needless to say I expressed my disappointment and asked to speak to the owner of this family run business. Fyi they also advertise a 25% discount. No call 4 days later so I am writing this review. Fyi also told Chris I had gotten a quote for more than 3000 less. But their advantage was reputation and financing as well as quoted 1 week completion and immediate start with financing approval. read more

We chose THC after interviewing several roofing companies. Wow! From start to finish, Pablo (site supervisor) kept us informed. This company is amazing. They act fast and they took on a job that no one else would take on for us because they said it was too small. Richie Maze was my contact person and he was wonderful! He was there whenever I needed to talk to him. He returns calls promptly if you happen to get his voicemail. The workers were courteous and worked hard and we're done in one day. We had a new roof put on this past week. I was kept informed with all the details everyday. They arrived when they said they were supposed to. Their work was excellent! Everyday they cleaned up all the mess and blew any debris left. Also used a magnet to clean any nails. All the workers were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company if you are needing a new roof. My husband is a very detailed person and they provided a detail contract outling everything that they would do and they lived up to what was promised which is rare these days. These are very good roofers!!! read more

I should have trusted the reviews. I was quoted, signed a contract, put down 1k and was called a few days before the start date and was told that I was misquoted and it will cost a lot more. I said I read that your company has a history of this rip-off tactic. He said then cancel. They need to remove the "Trusted" part of the name of the business or change it to Mistrusted. read more

Trusted Home contractors were great, they gave me an honest bid upfront, which means they gave me what I asked for, told me any extras that were involved and the best thing was they showed up when they said they would. I signed the contract on Wednesday, site inspection Thursday, removal of old roof Tuesday where, surprise happens under wood shingles, the crew took it in stride and worked through the 95 degree temps to get the roof sealed in. Back the next day, shielding, shingles, ridge vent, cleanup, done. I let them know the cleanup could have been better and my project manager, Ritchie was happy to send someone back out which I declined, just for next time. Tina in charge of accounting was easy to talk to and gladly took payments over the phone,LOL. I went with Trusted Home Contractors because other companies that bid on my roof didn't make clear they were 2-3 months away from start date (really) and another company immediately dropped the price $5500 when I said I was still getting bids if I would go with them(that still didn't put them in the ballpark). read more

If I could give negative stars believe me I would!! Absolute worst job I have ever seen done on interior work! Roof was great that's the only thing I can say good about the work they do! I had my bathroom done by these "contractors" and not even 4 months later the walls are cracking the tile never got fixed that was cracked and broken, it took 2 months just to get them to fix the problem they created with the drain for the shower! Biggest mistake I ever made was hiring these fellas to do the inside of my house stay way clear of the interior portion THC stick to roofing that's about all you are good at read more

Found this company from the cover ad on Top Pros Magazine. I call on a Thursday and left a message that I needed to get a roofing quote. I get a call later that evening from Howard who proceeds to ask me if my husband can be there when they come to do the assessment (which I found extremely insulting). I proceeded to tell him that my father-in-law will be making all final decisions based on the quotes that I am obtaining but that I will be the only one at the house when they arrive. He then asks me what we need done to the house. So I had to give him a full breakdown instead of someone coming out to assess what they determine needs to be done. So he then makes an appointment to come out the next day around 1pm. Well, I guess my roofing needs don't matter. No Call/No Show!!! Here it is on Monday evening and still nothing. Rude, Rude, Rude. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Luckily there are other people/companies that care about a customer and their needs. read more
