Carey is amazing! I've been a customer for about 15 years, now with two trailers at the lot. Joyce, the owner and business manager, Neal, the lot manager, and Carey, the lot foreman have always treated me with amazing customer service. They not only accommodate my needs, but carefully watch out for my property. Security is excellent. This week, I was exhausted in the 105 degree heat and was having trouble backing my 28 ft trailer into my spot. Carey was busy but noticed my frustration and he walked over to see if I was OK. He politely asked if he could take the wheel and help. He got into the drivers seat and slipped my trailer into the spot, like a hand into a glove. It was perfection. I can't praise him highly enough and respect the value that he brings to the storage service. I'll be a customer for life. read more

We have two metal storage containers for our construction materials and another spot for construction trailers at Westlake RV Storage. We've never had an issue here. This place is not on the up and up. First off i had my motorhome's catalytic converter stolen on their property. Along with other motorhomes. This place has very poor security.second the maintenance guy works there has a very mean spirit. Lastly when i gave my 30 days notice i came back a few days later and my spot was rented to someone else. THEY WERE RENTING THE SAME SPACE TO TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME. My attorney said that this is illegal. Do not rent here. Save yourself the grief. read more

I've been storing my RV and boat for here many years and never had an issue. We sold the RV a few years back but kept the boat there. Recently we decided to get rid of the boat as it was being neglected to the point where I was in a situation of trying to prep to move it but it was turning into a big project/issue that was a bit overwhelming. But luckily the lot foreman Cary stopped by and noticed I needed help. And boy did he help! After a few days I had the boat ready to get picked up and it couldn't have happened without Cary with his knowledge and eagerness to help. I highly recommend this location for the ease of storing and a clean environment but having a foreman like Cary is what really sets this place apart from the others. read more

We have been storing our RV here for over 23 years. We have always been pleased with the business, access and how it is maintained. We encountered our first issue of someone mistakenly parked in our assigned spot. I contacted Cary the manager on duty and he immediately responded came to our site and arranged for us to park in an overflow parking spot. Within a half hour Cary called me and said that he located and contacted the owner of the wayward RV. He said that they would come move their RV today. Cary called me and said that this would be done by 4:30 and it was. Cary texted me to come on down and move the RV to its assigned spot. Thank you for having such a quick thinking devoted worker. The facility is always in good condition and I feel my RV is safe and secured. Last week I was stranded at the facility with a dead battery on my RV and Cary went out of his way to help me jump start my RV. The best experience I have had with a representative of an RV storage facility! Cary was really friendly on the phone and I was looking forward to getting a spot since I have been searching for months so, I scheduled to meet him that day to deal the deal. I pulled up to the gate and called Cary as per the conversation we had. He let me in as he finished up with another customer. He quickly showed the customer to their spot and then had me go in the trailer to work with me on getting the paperwork done for our spot. We had a great conversation while reading the paperwork, setting up the Zelle payment (which I chose but could have done a check) and providing confirmation, and signing the paperwork. He was really patient with me, friendly, and efficient. We are so glad we will be storing our RV there and if we need anything, we are relieved we have a great contact to work with. I appreciate the convenience of a card key, dump station, and extended hours for access. Great clean location. The lots not full of rotting junk with tweezers roaming around like so many Ventura county storage/RV lots. I was able to get in contact and communicate with someone right away. The price was fair and we felt secure leaving out trailer there. read more

And getting worse, everyone is fed up. Very dusty and dirty. Been there for 20 some years and the owner, in her infinite wisdom, hires another dirt bag to mess with your stuff. The owners choice of yard dogs, (boyfriends), is pretty bad. Every time I pulled in he either moved my stuff, piled stone in my way or broke something of mine. Now the big dummy is destroying the road going up the hill and making a mess. I do not know where she finds these people. Find somewhere else less hassle. The owner is an idiot. I caught him by my boat and later found a nail in my tire the next day. After being a 20 year good customer, I had enough of the stupidity. read more
