Now I've pervious performed at and attended over 100 open mics, at different bars, venues, houses etc, and believe me when I say this was one of my all-time favorite. All the musicians were super talented, the host was a pro's pro, and the audience were incredibly supportive & engaging. The space just felt warm, friendly and had a calm yet electric buzz the entire evening. Also, the bartender, Penny, really seemed to set the tone for the entire bar. She is extremely welcoming, witty and just an all-around positive person. You can tell she really enjoys her job and makes sure that her patrons are having a good time. I was sticking to non-alcoholic ginger beer all night and she only charged me $2 each, how kind is that?! All in all, a true gem of a bar with an open mic that I will 1,000% return to.

We were here for Mother's Day Brunch with a group of about 8, and 2 small children. We were there for approximately an hour and a half before any food came out. When it did come out it was wrong. We had to ask many times for additional place settings and drinks. It was incredibly disappointing especially since looking around, it didn't seem like there were more than a few other tables sat for this event. When the food did come out it was wrong (my children were asked if they wanted chocolate chip pancakes, they said no, and got chocolate chips in their pancakes.
