Andy is a Motorcycle Key Master! I called this business after seeing the pictures of smiling people next to their motorcycles. A lot of places hesitate to forge a key for a motorcycle but Andy is all over it. Estimated 30-60 minutes to make me a new key and knocked it out close to 30. EH. called western locksmith to make me a new key for my motorcycle (2007 CBR) since i had lost them. Someone came out a little while after calling them. He took a while to open my gas tank (what they use to make the key). He looked at it and said he could not do it. He kept trying to tell me that my motorcycle had a transponder and that a normal key would not work even after telling him i talked to the dealer and they informed me that it does not. He left without having me pay anything but i did have to search for a locksmith that could actually do it. read more

Phenomenal service from Andy! After being turned down by various other locksmiths, Western was the only one WILLING and most likely capable enough of creating a replacement for my car. Programming a new key for the make and model of my car just so happens to be a complicated and puzzling process. I contacted Andy in the morning and had arranged for him to come at 4:00pm. Sure enough, he made it on time and took the liberty of stopping by a Mazda dealership to pick up a blank for my car. Little did we know that a daunting 5 hours would ensue. He worked hard at cracking my car's code every minute through. He eventually called it a night at 9:00pm and said he would come again the next day. He arrived promptly and continued to battle the car for another 3 hours. Just when I was beginning to think that it was impossible, Andy came through with call and said the job was done. I was locked out late at night and mistakenly called a different place that charged me a ridiculous amount, nearly broke my lock, didn't seem very professional, showed up late, was kind of sketchy. After all was said and done I called Western Locksmith for some additional help with the lock that the initial company broke and the guy at Western Locksmith was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL over the phone. Answered the phone right away late at night. Knew his stuff (which the other guy didn't seem to know as well). I'm sure that both their prices and quality of work would have been better.
