Break a key in your lock? Call Ben. No, don't look around for comparative quotes -- just call him. OK, you can text him if you want. Our lock had been hard to use for a while which apparently put stress on the key and yes, it eventually broke off in the lock. As you would guess, at a completely inconvenient time. Called Ben, explained the situation, and he quoted me $95 and told me he could be there in 45 mins. He arrived on the dot. 10 mins later the broken key was out of the lock. Ben then adjusted the lock so it wouldn't stick so much and wouldn't put as much stress on keys. It's like we got a new lock. We wanted to replace the broken key so he made us two new ones on the spot. Talk about full service. Did I mention Ben's a really good guy? We were not able to enter the home from the exterior due to a broken door handle. What a great experience and great company! I highly recommend!! Long story short, I drive a Chrysler 300 (2010). When trying to turn on the car the key would not start the car because my key decided that it no longer wanted to work.
