Inquired about trading in the UTV we bought for another brand and it left a very sour taste in our mouth! They sold us the original unit as the next best thing. They are now selling the same new units for thousands less than what we paid to get rid of them. Nothing but excuses about the person who sold it to us and is "no longer with Brim" to the brand itself. They do not stand behind their sales and products. Dealing with their sales staff is like doing business with a seedy used car lot on SE 82nd Blvd. in Portland. We won't be buying from Brim again.

But I have always found the staff civil, cooperative and resourceful. One time I wanted an unusual preemergent for turf management and they sent me across the highway to their chemicals department. The counterman actually connected me by cell phone with their specialist who was out in the field, everyone anxious to help even though they knew perfectly well I was small potatoes. On the West Coast, people become inured to attitude, attitude. Not here---these people are professional.

We were very polite right from the moment we walked in, even complimenting her store, and barely got more than a "thanks".
