The employees will admit that they "don't have the best system" and can't seem to get to the screens they need to help answer questions. In other news, their repairs are only temporary and they try to upsell to new systems even though they putting the older system. We've used them for way too long but there just isn't anyone else in town to do the job. We were excited to find a store that specialized in pools and spas! The most *unfortunate part is the owner. We went in to simply buy hot tub test strips.
