Shit sandwich... positive, negative, positive…read more Scott is a good man... Ernest and likable Some people don't know how to run a business... in this case you don't get price quotes before the work so the bill is huge before you realize what you are paying for... deadlines get missed... goofy mistake happen... then it's a weird reconciliation between what happened and if it was fair... and how much do you want to fight over a couple hundred bucks And I would use Scott again. Why? Because I think if I did a better job being clear about what I need from Scott... he is basically good at what he does... and there aren't a ton of options. Look... this guys got some bad reviews... I could have done that but in truth half of what didn't go well was me... so maybe some of those bad reviews aren't fair. My advice... give him a chance but really... really manage the work

Our original tub cover was tattered, heavy, and getting kinda yucky. This guy hooked us up! He crafted a new cover for us, out of material that is LIGHTER, but MORE INSULATING. He offered a number of color options, and features. He came out to measure, gave us a quote, estimated a delivery date, and hit it dead on. We couldn't be happier with his service, and his product. The cover we have is BETTER than the one we bought originally with the hot tub. It feels like we have a new spa! I'd recommend this guy to anyone needing a new spa cover.

Terry was prompt, informative and made the experience hassle-free. We were on vacation when our new lid was ready and for only 25.00 he delivered our replacement and dragged away our old one, so when we returned home, we were greeted with a beautiful new green cover sitting on top of our hot tub. In retrospect, knowing how easy the process was, I would have replaced the lid two summers ago. We're so happy with our experience.

I thought I blew out the entire circuit. I called several places to tell them what happened, and they said they would need to come out and evaluate it first. He told me to buy a new one at Home Depot, walks me through step by step how to install the new one, and he said if it didn't work, then he would come out. Mike said to me that if I can help you do it on your own and it's an easy fix..... you just saved money from me coming out . I couldn't believe it........ and the hot tub is working again just from a phone consult. I asked Mike if I could pay for his time , and he graciously said no. Mike is an honest , kind, and generous business owner. I highly recommend Mike for any hot tub servicing. Blessings Joe

For anyone who is thinking about hiring a pressure washing company to clean your house this summer…read moreBE WARNED - DO NOT use ACE PRESSURE WASHING LLC. As a former contractor, I understand full well that things happen, mistakes occur. I try not to publicly condemn a small business until they've had a chance to remedy the problem. In the case of ACE PRESSURE WASHING, LLC - I feel obliged to let others know what we have experienced. On June 19th we hired ACE to soft wash our house. After less than 2 hours, they claimed to be finished. The house was still dirty in several areas. When I complained, I was told to speak with George, the sales rep. His initial response was to try to convince me that during the initial consult, he wiped the side of our house and said that "This all isn't going to come off". That was a complete lie. If so, why would we agree to pay $730 for an incomplete job???? Not only was our house not cleaned as promised, but we ended up with water streaming down on the inside of our windows and Water flooding into the side door on our garage. AT LEAST THREE OF OUR WINDOWS ARE DAMAGED AND NEED TO BE REPLACED. (one is barely 1 year old) The soap they used has left STREAKS ON OUR SIDING that has not come off after three washings. As soon as we notified ACE of the problems with our windows and siding, CRICKETS. A couple days later, the owner of the company AARON LUTHI texted me and asked to come by the house the next day. We agreed, hoping we would get some satisfaction. Instead, he cancelled our appoint 1/2 hour after he was supposed to arrive. I have not heard from him since, even though I have texted twice and left a VM with the office. STILL CRICKETS. I sent an email, outlying the issues requesting that ACE contact us with 10 days. I followed up with a certified letter that they received yesterday. STILL CRICKETS. The bad news is that the State of Oregon no longer requires pressure washing companies to be licensed by the Construction Contractors Board, which means they can no longer be held responsible for their shoddy work without going to court. We are hoping it doesn't come to that - but fully prepared to do so. The one thing I can do is warn others.
