Turns out that Doc was the best plumber we could ever hope for. He was prompt and courteous and got right to work, diagnosing the issue and proposing a solution. He didn't waste a second while he was here and also patiently explained the details of the problem so we could make an educated decision. We had a leak in the kitchen sink drain pipe on a horizontal section of piping in the ceiling below. All the work from beginning to end took less than three hours, which is no small feat considering he had to locate the pipe int he closed-off ceiling, which relied entirely on educated guesses. He also asked if we had any other things we wanted him to look at while he was there and he fixed two minor things in 5 minutes, which was invaluable. I'd recommend him (and Judson's) 100% and won't hesitate to call him whenever our next issue arrises.

I admit the name made me giggle, and something about the nice, professional logo drew me in. There were some reviews there, and they were very favorable. So I gave him a call and got a time set up for him to come out and work on a hopelessly clogged drain. Something came up, and my husband and I were trying to juggle who could be there at the right time -- turns out neither could. So I called him the day before and asked if we could push the time back just a bit; he was really good in working with us to make it work, and not making a big deal out of it. He arrived in a meticulous white van with the company logo on it. We called multiple plumbers for quotes and the last quote we received was from DoneRite. Roger and Rodney showed up on time at 10 am, crawled under the house, and ended up quoting us on a new water line. The main concern was how long it would take to get a directional bore company out to drill the hole, but DoneRite stated they could work on the boring company's schedule to get this fixed for us ASAP. Roger and Rodney left and I was already feeling better about the situation but was still nervous about how long it would take, given the time estimates we received from other plumbing companies. About 20 minutes after they left, they came back to tell me that they spoke to a boring company who happened to have availability TODAY. DoneRite stated they would clear their schedule if today worked for us. At this point our yard had been torn up for four days and I was already over it. So we jumped on the opportunity.
