DoneRite, DoneQuick! 11/10, highly recommend. Our 100+ year old main water line went kaput and we were so very stressed about it. We called multiple plumbers for quotes and the last quote we received was from DoneRite. Roger and Rodney showed up on time at 10 am, crawled under the house, and ended up quoting us on a new water line. The main concern was how long it would take to get a directional bore company out to drill the hole, but DoneRite stated they could work on the boring company's schedule to get this fixed for us ASAP. Roger and Rodney left and I was already feeling better about the situation but was still nervous about how long it would take, given the time estimates we received from other plumbing companies. About 20 minutes after they left, they came back to tell me that they spoke to a boring company who happened to have availability TODAY. DoneRite stated they would clear their schedule if today worked for us. At this point our yard had been torn up for four days and I was already over it. So we jumped on the opportunity. Roger and Rodney came back at noon with the boring company and they had our new water line in and working before dinner time. They even set me up two new spickets to make watering my garden easier. They were the nicest guys, very genuine and hard working and extremely thorough. If you want it done right and you want the plumbing to last, call these guys. I asked DoneRite to replace the drain lines under my kitchen sink and when I seen the bill I was like WTF . $851.37 for 8 pieces of black PVC pipe! You're kidding right. Nope. My wife was the one at home so she thought I had got a quote from them already so when they told her how much it was, she's like ok I guess. Then I seen the bill when I got up. (I had just had dental surgery) so I was completely knocked out still in bed from that. Bottom line is they completely took advantage of her. Then when I called them to get a break down of the job, they said that they don't do that anymore and no one else does that either. So I have no idea how much they actually charge me for parts and then how much they charge me for labor because there's no breakdown of it. The manager even said that they gave me a $200 discount, but I have no idea what the discount was for what was military discount repeated customer discount lying through your teeth discount. They couldn't even show me on the receipt where it was supposed to been $1051 and then they discounted the $200 because none of that shows on here so he could just be lying through his ass about the discount. I needed a new faucet because of a hose leak as well as a fix for a continuously running toilet. First the office was very prompt about getting it scheduled, with service coming the same week. Then when the scheduled plumber ran into something that took longer, they made sure to send someone else. Will was very informative and helpful. They came out to fix a leak at my water meter. They explained everything did a good job took almost 2 hours. They cut out the tree root, they installed a flex pipe, which should help prevent this happening again. The only thing is it was a bit pricey for two hours work. read more

Bought my house which donerite did all there new plumbing for water lines. They left all the old plumbing on walls, crawlspace, etc. Just removed my shower walls. All the plumbing was just hanging there for its life. Absolutely a terrible job. I wouldn't recommend this company. They charged 12 thousand dollars for something that another company could do for half the price. Outrageous pricing for poor work they do. As you can see the picture this is one of the showers they replaced valves and water lines. I can't imagine how the other shower is. This company was hired through a general contractor. Overall the company did a good job. However, we had several issues throughout. This was a whole home renovation, new piping, water heater, fixtures, and changes along the way. The crews were diligent and good workers (caveat below); courteous and responsive to query. Some were very green, but they had supervision. We had a hot water circulating pump installed on our system. They installed the pump (see picture) and I requested they do a better job than what they had; they obliged. During install we discussed a air purge valve to be installed on the pump return to prevent cavitation. It wasn't installed. A hose bib installed by them wasn't the correct length, it cannot be fixed to the siding. It hasn't been replaced. I called them today to arrange installation of of an air purge valve, service the heat pump water heater they installed, drain the tank, and replace the hose bib. I'm happy to pay for services. They don't install air purge valves, and apparently, they don't service water heaters they sell. I wonder if they can manage the hose bib swap. I remind myself, I caught one of their employees going through a desk drawer of mine in the midst of our renovation. I brought this to the attention of the foreman and their project manager Travis (who no longer works there apparently); I demanded the employee be removed from the site. I requested contact from the owner of the company and did not get it. I was advised the journeyman was terminated; sometime later I was advised the employee was still working for Donerite. I genuinely hoped they would support the customer, they had some good employees who did did good work. I'll find someone else, I encourage you to do the same. read more

Needed a Pro to move an angle stop over on a new bathroom in a house I was flipping. These guys wee able to come out right away, didn't use my fixture, charged me $200 to install the $25 fixture (a simple screw on) and $500+ to add the copper extension. Highway robbery, I couldn't be there due to a medical procedure appointment, otherwise I would have had them quote it first. They hit permission from my worker and payment from my partner. The work was good, but their price was beyond outrageous. read more

This review is a bit late but still worth writing. I had a few plumbing issues inside my house (sink detached from wall, slow drains, and garbage disposal inspection) as well as outside (drains were flooding/clogged). Tylor fixed all of the issues inside my house and was friendly/easy to work with. Some of the issues I had magically fixed themselves with him just standing there lol. For the outside drain issues I was assisted by Alex their drain specialist. He is super good at his job and went above and beyond to help me. Very thorough and knowledgeable. The only critique I had is he got pulled away several times for other jobs so it took a couple weeks to get the job done but he did get it done and didn't cut corners. Our little boy flushed his Lightning McQueen toy car down the toilet on Friday afternoon, which caused it to back up and then very slowly drain. We tried using an auger and flushing it repeatedly to see if it would move the toy through, but it didn't seem to help. It wasn't overflowing or anything, and we didn't want to pay any off-hours fees for a non-emergency, so we waited until Monday morning to contact plumbers. I requested a quote through yelp, and DoneRite got back to me very quickly. I called and spoke with Ashley on the phone, who was very friendly and helpful. Even though we had a non-emergency issue, she still was able to get us on the schedule for the following morning (other places had us out a week or a week and a half)! She said that Alex would be there between 9 and 11 (other places had given 5-hour windows) and that he would call 20-30 minutes ahead of arriving. While making sure the bathroom was ready for Alex the day of the appointment, we flushed the toilet one more time, and we heard the car go "clunk, clunk, clunk" down the drain somewhere in there. The toilet started flushing like normal, and we flushed it a good 10 times to be sure. I called Ashley again and told her what had happened and that it seemed we wouldn't be needing Alex to come out after all. She was very understanding and friendly, and she didn't charge us any sort of cancellation fee (not sure if this is typical or not with plumbing appointments, but I was surprised, nonetheless). I told her that I had been very pleased with their customer service throughout the whole scheduling process and that we would keep their number at the top of the list for any future plumbing issues we might run into! read more

Travis from DoneRite relocated our washer set-up from the pantry to the garage, and we were very happy with his work. When he came by and gave us the quote, he was very thorough when explaining to us the logistics of the work and then provided us with a detailed quote on his iPad. (This, after someone from another company looked at the space for 30 seconds and then spit out a number almost twice what DoneRite quoted us.) The work came to a bit over $1200 and it exactly matched what he had quoted. The washer's been hooked up now for over a month and everything seems to be working perfectly. He was also helpful in taking a look at our water heater and advising us on a replacement. We'll definitely be giving them a call when we're ready to have that job completed! read more

I received an estimate from this company a few weeks ago for a underground pipe leak in my backyard. They charged $60. to come out which I understand. We discussed that it would be either 835.00 to patch the leak. If the line needs to be replaced it would be 3,260.67 and that I wouldn't have to pay for the attempted patch job if we have to go that way. Then I received the estimate which states that the total for the job would be 4,095.67 and I was required to sign that I agree that it's an estimate and that the price may go up even from there. They explained to me and noted in the memo that the two prices were separate, and not to worry. I signed the estimate to proceed and received a notification that I would receive a call to schedule... Well, they never called me to schedule... however every day I received a reminder to leave a review of my experience. So here you go... Finally I called 2s Mechanical for a 2nd quote which I should've done before signing. They provided a free estimate and they quoted a fixed bid that won't go up for only 485.00 to patch the job and included repairing a separate broken valve. They came out, scheduled right away and did the job within a week. I still have not heard back from donerite. They should change the name to neverdone or donewrong lol read more

After showing Jim McKinney the problem he gave us a quote and walked us through the process he would do to fix the problem. I am in a rental home at the moment and the property needed a new bath/shower. I can't speak to the pricing, just the work. These guys scheduled with me personally instead of the property management, which was much more convenient. I was worried because of how flaky services have become over the past few years, that they wouldn't show up, or they would be late, or it would take weeks to finish. They called me about 20 minutes before they came, just to make sure we were up and ready for them. They showed up on time and had everything they needed. They tore out tile, a shower door, and a big old jet tub, and replaced it with a tub/shower combo insert. They got the job done in just a few hours and it looks great. Terrible business. The charges are complete price gauging! They quoted a price for connecting a sink faucet and dishwasher for over $1,800! I foolishly agreed to pay $60 for a price quote, trusting they would give a fair price that this charge would be taken off of. But, so much for integrity. Got another plumber to do the job for $150. That's right, over 90% cheaper! I could have gotten 10 houses done by this good plumber for less than what Done Rite wanted for one job.
