I would give zero stars if I could. What a disaster. After a huge run around with them they decided to not fulfill their commitment to install our water softener. Was told several (at least 5 times) that we'd get a call from the sales manager Dave but he never called. 2 weeks later he finally came out to our home without a solution or recommendation. We live in Seattle but have a farm in the willamette valley, a lovely place but a place with considerable problems with heavy concentrations of iron in the domestic water wells. Our wells are no exception. Thankful Shiloh water systems have been taking care of water problems for years. Our iron concentrations are so heavy that untreated water makes my tongue tingle but not in a good way. They regularly service our treatment system and keep things in great shape. I live in the Stayton area. Smack in the middle of Iron territory. The wells are deep, the water often horrid. After going through a Culligan and a Kinetico system, Mike finally set up a system designed exactly for my problem. That was nearly 15 years ago, and since then we have started losing the aquifer out here and Shilo set me up with my water tank. Since then several others have had to install tanks. While does my maintenance on my system and they always respond to my calls. I've dealt with many of the employees over these years, and they are always responsive, patient (I ask lots of questions), and knowledgeable. read more

We live north of Salem and was in Silverton at Wilco doing some shopping, our water pump was having issues so we asked one of the guys we regularly see at Wilco if they just happened to have the part we needed. He said they don't but recommended to us Shiloh Water Systems. So we made the quick trip here. Nice little place, unfortunately the lady at the counter didn't know what we were asking for, and she stated all the tech had just left. Luckily for us the owner happened to hear what we wanted and told her where to get it. She brought out two versions, a metal and a plastic one for us to choose from. Got our part for a reasonable price and off we went to install it. Much prefer to support a small local store then Lowe's or Home Depot. read more

Shiloh Water Systems installed our well water system before we bought the property. We knew NOTHING about wells, so when "something" went wrong, we just called the number on the sticker in the well house. I've never been so glad to make a call. Mike not only fixed everything within 24 hours (getting any kind of plumber out here in less than 72 hours is miraculous), but he took the time to make sure we knew what we had. We had another breakdown yesterday, and again, within 12 hours this time, we're working again. A friend had trouble with her well a while back, and the guys who installed HER well wouldn't call her back. I referred her to Mike, and again, he had her completely back online within a day. You'd expect the prices for this kind of "emergency" service to be through the roof, but they're not. Not AT ALL. read more

Joe with Shiloh came to check out an existing water filtration system we had just assumed with our new house. Having never had a system before, I called to see if someone could come out, check it out, and tell us how to use it, and if it was even working.
