We had a busted water heater and had a very small window to get it replaced. Oregon Plumbing gave a quote within 20 minutes and then Josh was at my door within three hours. But here is where it gets good - I provided Josh with the wrong information (I said that it was an 80 gallon tank rather than 50 gallon tank) and thus he arrived with a water heater that was larger than needed. I'm been meaning to write a review for this company since they replaced my water heater in November. I originally was going to go with Home Depot's suggested water heater and their contractor. They had given me a quote and had come out to install the heater but they had somehow brought the wrong size heater. They told me they would get i touch the next day and would bring the right one. Two days later no word while still waiting we had to manually heat the water if you know what I mean, it was a hassle. Well I called around and found Oregon Plumbing. Took some photos and got a quote right away. Josh was awesome he delivered and installed the heater in no time. He was professional and nice guy overall. I really felt that the price I was given was very reasonable and didn't feel I was taken advantage off since I was in desperate need of having hot water. Our old water heater was leaking and bulging. I reached out to Oregon Plumbing to received a quote and Kelli got one to me almost immediately. I just provided a couple pictures of the existing unit. Being a prudent homeowner I reached out to several other companies. Some of them require an onsite visit to even provide an estimate. I was able to get some verbal estimates from the other companies but no firm quotes. Oregon Plumbing was able to come out immediately even though I wasn't desperate. Josh showed up and had the water heater replaced very quickly (it was very accessible in the garage). While I could have done it myself it wouldn't have been as nice as what Josh did. He could have easily charged me several hours for a new shower valve but he found a cheaper way to fix the leak without replacing the shower valve and only charged me for 1 hour of labor and a $12 part. I cannot say enough good things about Oregon Plumbing LLC. I had a frozen pipe bust on Sunday afternoon and could not get plumbers to call me back, at least until I reached out to Oregon Plumbing. In my experience one can call 5 plumbers, 3 may call back, 2 may come out for an estimate and then not hear from either because the job is too small......So if a plumber actually answers the phone.. shows up at the time they say I'm a loyal customer. We had double vanity sink drains connected by a different plumber 5 weeks ago. They leaked and the plumber came back to fix them.... Still leaked. After phone calls, leaving messages, and sending text....the plumber said he would call. Two long frustrating weeks of waiting went by till I called Oregon Plumbing. Josh answered and I explained the situation. He showed up two hours later!! After Josh fixed the gooseneck drains which I thought was the only problem I realized one drain was also leaking from the nut that connects to the sink. The other plumber did not tighten it enough. Josh came out the next morning without charge. I mostly appreciate his communication and dedication to satisfy customers. I will definitely recommend Oregon plumbing. read more
