The one company that will will take me on will not write in a water sewer backup clause, and there is no way I would not have that coverage. Due to the bathtub faucet not being put back together correctly, I had flooding in my kitchen, bedroom closet and master bathroom. Because the tile could not be matched, the entire bathroom had to be redone. Not only did I have 6 months of disruption/construction in my house, I'm now going to pay more in insurance and I don't have the ability to change my insurance without high risk to me financially. Nobody ever reached out to me after the damage, however they did call the Flood Pros without telling me that they had done so when I called in a panic on a Saturday night.
