The one company that will will take me on will not write in a water sewer backup clause, and there is no way I would not have that coverage. Because the tile could not be matched, the entire bathroom had to be redone. Not only did I have 6 months of disruption/construction in my house, I'm now going to pay more in insurance and I don't have the ability to change my insurance without high risk to me financially.
