He said ge would not service it because it will only make it a couple of weeks. They charged me $89 anyways. I called and got a refund since they refused to service it. Nice that they refunded money for service they never performed. They gave me an estimate of over 10k to replace it. I called clean air act. They serviced it up and said it's still has a lot of life left. Now 2026 Chris is texting me wanting to service it on a special of $49. Why? So they can refuse to service it again? They only want to replace units not service them. Here is a picture how they left it last summer. Refused to clean it too. It is still running strong.

Derek and 7 Pines has a contract for a Denali purchase with me. Derek keeps dodging paying or giving an update. So has a $30,000 trailer in his possession and not paying. That is stealing from me. He also called the cops in regards to a side by side that was also under contract too just to have it tagged for being on the street in front of his house he use to live in Carlton. Derek is a smooth talker. Makes things sound good but does not follow through or do good plumbing work. Sad that a business man and his wife would do this to good people. I know Derek will come back and say this is not true. But it is true. He said he would give back the trailer because he does not want it. Also I have proof to back this. Now the trailer is older and I continue to loose value in an asset. He has used this free and expects me to give him a deal. This is not how it works. If he would have made payments it would have been pain and I would sign over title. So, Derek you need to pay in full including interest. This was done under 7 Pines Plumbing and Derek Garcia. Tired of waiting.....pay up!
