A couple days after we moved in, we kept hearing the most bizarre sounds in the wall. We researched plumbing companies & Cornels came right up. I reached out on a Tuesday and got a response within minutes! We were able to chat via text which was honestly very convenient. They were able to address my concerns professionally & were soooo friendly. I was able to get scheduled the very next day. Wednesday morning rolled around and I got a text with Brenden's picture, which made me feel super safe and even provided a little information about him. He then called and asked if it was a good time for him to head over and gave his ETA. When Brenden arrived he was friendly, warm, and so professional. He was able to easily see what was going on, explain to me in a way I could understand what was going on, and assured me if we still continued to hear the noise to call back. He said ge would not service it because it will only make it a couple of weeks. They charged me $89 anyways. I called and got a refund since they refused to service it. Nice that they refunded money for service they never performed. They gave me an estimate of over 10k to replace it. I called clean air act. They serviced it up and said it's still has a lot of life left. Now 2026 Chris is texting me wanting to service it on a special of $49. Why? So they can refuse to service it again? They only want to replace units not service them. Here is a picture how they left it last summer. Refused to clean it too. It is still running strong.

This seemed steep so I requested Pro Drain come out for a second opinion. Chris from Pro Drain arrived and listened to my recap of the situation. He performed his own diagnostic tests and told me the source of the leak was actually from water getting outside the tub and getting through areas between the tile and the wall of the tub. All that was actually needed were splash guards and application of caulking. Chris saved us over $1,000, not to mention wall repair costs. Pro Drain employs plumbers who are looking to honestly help their clients. I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs going forward.

I was given an appointment for the following day with a 2 hr window. Austen Paul, the technician arrived right on time. He was very pleasant and professional. Went very conservative with a snake before the hydro-jet and voila- unclogged the area. Cleaned up the area and left. What I allocated for this job left me with some major money left in my pocket. So we did that and Sean came back the next day and's fixed our clog, which was pretty extensive. Yikes. Recommended better products to use for drains and catch hair etc... he was very professional and nice, and patient. Very reasonable prices in my opinion. He also is a cat lover like we are. We would definitely use him again!

I am not a handy person at all and he was clear enough to get me to fix my issue. I was able to get the issue solved that day for only a $20 Home Depot run instead of having him come out and charging me. I now have a plumber I can trust moving forward.

We almost went with another company but they charged a $90 service fee and couldn't give us a ballpark estimate over the phone. Not knowing if the job was $100 or $500+, it was hard to commit. After calling around, Beaverton Plumbing stood out- they charge by the hour with no service fee, were friendly from the first call, and were able to schedule someone for the next day. Our plumber, Paul, came by and swiftly replaced the flapper, noticing a couple of other failing parts as well. He recommended changing them out without being pushy, and the parts were very reasonably priced ($45 for a new fill valve and supply tube). He completed the work in under an hour. Unfortunately, over the next few days we noticed the tank kept refilling every 3-5 minutes, and we were losing gallons of water a day from what seemed like an unresolved leak. I called Beaverton Plumbing and they sent Paul back out, charging only a "continuation of service" fee rather than a full new hourly rate. After digging a little deeper, he found a leaky gasket and replaced it, and also fixed a wobbly flush handle that was affecting the fill. We were relieved not to shell out another $300, and this time, the issues were fully resolved. A couple of things worth noting: - They charge an $8 fee for credit card payments and don't accept digital payments. Their processing system seems a bit dated... our plumber had to call the office to relay my card info over the phone. - There's no tip option, which I'd encourage them to add. Tipping is optional, but it's a standard way to recognize service that goes above and beyond, and we would have loved to show Paul some extra appreciation. Overall, we were very happy with Beaverton Plumbing. Don't let other reviews scare you off. Like any small business, sometimes you just have to take a chance, and you might be pleasantly surprised.

Today, April 2, 2025 - they…read moreboth went out of their way to accommodate our somewhat complicated situation regarding our toilet replacements. After discussing the job and confirming what could be tried to remedy the flange problems, Jack got right to work and never stopped working until the job was completed. The Owner was awesome in making sure I was getting the best person for the job and following up with me to make sure I was happy. We still have more plumbing needs at our home and I plan to continue to work with Beaverton Plumbing, especially if Jack can be part of the mix. I would highly recommend Fusion Plumbing. John and Nick are great to work with and do excellent work. I have needed plumbing services 3 times over the last 8 months--twice for broken pipes and the last for a complete home re-pipe to resolve all the broken pipe issues. I called Fusion Plumbing for the first time when I broke a pipe shutting off an outdoor faucet (2 days before Christmas). John and Nick had just finished another job and were able to arrive about 30 minutes after I called and were able to cap off that pipe so water could be turned back on for the house within about 30 minutes after arriving. The second time I called was after a worker removing a bathroom countertop and sink broke the pipes which required turning off the water to the house--again. John happened to be on vacation, but he returned my call and was able to have Nick come cap off those pipes so that I could get water turned back on to the house--again. Given that all the original piping in the house was done with material that had turned brittle over the years, the decision was made to re-pipe the entire house. John and Nick again did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. When the city inspector came out to check their work, he even commented that I "got a good plumber" and that not many other plumbers strap down the pipes the way that John and Nick had. I don't anticipate needing any further emergency plumbing repair for a long time, but Fusion Plumbing will definitely be my choice for any future plumbing needs. read more

I just had John and his team out to replace a 10 year old water heater that was making strange noises. When I first called and left a msg, he called me back within 5 minutes. He asked many questions and had me send him pics. He gave me a quote and explained the difference in the model I had, which was a very low end model that was no longer mfg, with my current options. When he and his assistant arrived today, they put on shoe covers and laid down floor coverings up two flights of stairs and all areas they would be accessing. They were very conscience of keeping my house clean as they worked. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They realized the tank they had brought wouldn't fit into my tiny heater closet so his assistant went to pick up a new tank that would fit. I had a choice between multiple companies and John took a lot of time answering all my questions and educating me so I could pick the best option for my needs. They did a great job installing it, fixing the door to my closet that previously wouldn't open easily due previous contractors, they cleaned up their mess and even vacuumed my hallway and they unclogged my bathroom sink free of charge! These gentlemen were very skilled, professional, and all around great to work with! I would highly recommend then to anyone in need of a plumber. I cannot say enough good things about Fusion Plumbing, We started with a leaky toilet that John helped me with over the phone before he was able to come over. Having a plumber share his knowledge over the phone so that I could prevent any further leakage was amazing and so helpful. That kind of service is rare these days and was my first clue that Fusion Plumbing was going to be great to work with. John and Nick installed 3 new toilets and 3 new sinks, replaced a shower valve and bathtub drain, and fixed a leaky shower and tub. Unfortunately between appointments for this work we had a completely unrelated water incident (my DIY mistake) that caused a complete tear-out of one of our bathrooms. John and Nick were so patient about working with us over several appointments for the various plumbing needs as we put the bathroom back together. John was great with his recommendations and explained everything he was doing and why. Karen was so kind about helping us with scheduling and taking my frantic phone calls and texts when our bathroom flooded. They are knowledgeable and efficient, and John's expertise is invaluable. I posted that I needed a plumber for a job on the Nextdoor app hoping to get a quick response from someone in my neighborhood for a referral and John replied promptly saying he was available. I had since found another plumber for the job but told him I would keep him in mind. Well the following day we wanted to change out our faucet- simple fix right? Of course not for us... the connections starting leaking and based on the age of our house and work we had previously done we did not want to chance busting the pipe. We also knew our garbage disposal was slightly leaking and likely would need replacement soon. I then remembered John was in my area and crossed my fingers for help. This was not considered an emergency but John came out the same day and not only installed a new garbage disposal, fixed our plumbing that was wrong from previous owners, and installed a faucet for us. I bought a wrong item so had to go back to the store and John came back even that same day to help me. He was incredibly kind, respectful, prompt, worked hard and efficiently, was honest with pricing and cleaned up the area maybe even cleaner than I even had it before. After determining that we had a break in the main waterline going to our home, we were in desperate need of a plumber. My "go to plumber" did not return my multiple calls. I tried a number of other companies including Fusion, hoping to get some help. Only John at Fusion Plumbing bothered to return my call and I am so grateful he did. He came quickly, explained the gravity of our situation and what repairs needed to be done. Although, he would not have time to complete the job for almost a month, he set up a bypass so we could have water in the meantime. When he returned to do the work, unfortunately the directional driller cut a gas line...creating a major problem for us and our neighborhood. The error was NOT on Fusion, the gas line was marked incorrectly as to its location. I was very impressed with John and his employee. They handled calling for assistance and keeping me informed. Much of the day was lost and the work was not able to be completed, which was out of John's control. He rearranged his schedule and was back the next day to finish. They did a great job, including cleaning up and bringing my yard back to its original condition. Fusion really took care of business and I now have a new "Go To" plumber. John was a lifesaver! Our 22-year-old water heater started gushing water onto the garage floor on Tuesday around 1:00 pm. I searched Yelp for plumbers and everyone I called couldn't get out here for weeks. I reached out to my Facebook friends, and one of them had recommended John. When I called John, he was kind, polite and courteous. He was out to our house by 5:00 pm that same day. John was knowledgeable, experienced and he explained the issue to us in a very easy to understand way. Since it was time for a new water heater, he gave us the pros and cons of a gas water heater vs. a tankless heater and was happy to let us make the best decision for our family without any pressure at all! We had our new water heater installed by 5:00 pm the following day and we felt good about John's pricing as well. We will definitely call John for all our future plumbing needs. Update 11/27/2020: Wow! We just received an unexpected $125 check in the mail from John because the product pricing on the heater we purchased had changed and he gave us the difference. We've had a couple of toilets that have been problematic for awhile. They finally started running non-stop so we bought a couple of toilets and looked for a plumber to install them. That was more work than expected, but based on my previous experience with plumbers, I'm really glad that the first several said "no - not doing toilet installs anymore" so that we found John at Fusion Plumbing. Great communicator - makes sure that everything is clearly laid out regarding the engagement and that the scope of work is clear. He called when he was on his way and he and Nick showed up early. They were both courteous, professional, and respectful. John took the time to answer my questions and to show me the work that was completed and to explain a couple of issues they ran into and what they did to resolve them. Their prices are fair and the service is really top-rate. We'll be calling them back if we need any other plumbing work done and I'll be referring them to friends and neighbors. read more

I originally contacted several plumbing companies for a quote on fixing a old galvanized drain pipe that started rusting through. After crawling around the crawl space and talking to John I requested a quote on a full repipe of my incoming waterlines. I felt that John was straight forward, knowledgeable and honest. I continued to take in more quotes for the jobs and found that John impressed me the most and also had the best price, sometimes coming in at half of other companies quotes. I spent a week with John and his crew and always had trust they were doing their best. John as well helped me through the inspection process, recommending a good company to ground my house prior to work so that we could easily pass inspection. For the first time as a home owner I'm no longer worried my pipes will freeze or any unexpected leaks to happen. Truly my best experience working with a contractor. Another company, bidding a water heating job, found a number of problems under the house, including a leaking toilet. We chose not to use that company for a number of reasons, and starting looking for a different plumber. John, Fusion's owner, was able to schedule an appointment within a week or so, which is great as most companies are booked out a month or more. He found that two of the problems the other company found were really symptoms of a different issue, and referred us the companies that specialize in those issues. The toilet was leaking and gave us the option of resealing the toilet or replacing it, with no pressure in either direction. We chose to replace the toilet which he was able to do that day. He also fixed an unrelated sink issue without additional charge. We are very pleased with Fusion Plumbing and are likely to call them again. read more

I contacted Fusion Plumbing to help me get some existing hose spigots reconnected when new ones were added to our house when we had all the plumbing replaced and the existing ones were overlooked being hooked back up. I received a fast response, got on his schedule for a bid and had the work done all within just a short period of time. These folks were not only on time, they got me in early both times they were scheduled to be here, the work that was done was excellent and they went above & beyond by visually checking something for me with their headlamp that was not even plumbing related while under my house AND fixing an issue I didn't even know I had with my tub drain that was the result of an incomplete job done by the plumbers used by my contractor during our recent complete home remodel (without charge). We had a great experience with fusion plumbing. We had a water pipe break and I called them first thing on a Monday morning. Unfortunately there were no appts that day, but John said he would try and would call me back. And he did call back later that day to make sure we had found someone. We had found someone else that gave us temporary water, but needed to replace the entire line to the house. We had John give us an estimate since we really appreciated him checking in on us. His quote was reasonable and he got it to us quickly. And even better he was able to schedule it really quickly and had it done in a day. I had a leak in my ceiling and I had little idea where it was coming from! I called a few different plumbers but ended up going with Fusion after speaking with John. Out of the plumbers I called he was the most helpful and had a solid plan with dealing with potential water damage and grouting issues. John and Nick came to visit and had the leak diagnosed and repaired only within a couple hours. Our water pipe between our water meter and our house broke on a Sunday. We shut off the water but then had no water in our house. Fusion Plumbing came out the next day and rigged up a temporary water connection to our house to hold us. Several weeks later they came back to install a new water line to our house. John did a great job installing the new line. He is very knowledgeable and committed to doing the job right. He and his wife Karen (the office manager) are a pleasure to work with. It was 5:00 pm, the end of the day. Jon was very helpful over the phone, telling me how to check my disposal for a jam. When I couldn't get it done, he came over after hours and fixed it in less than 20 mins. John displayed honesty and efficiency, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Had an emergency leak in my main supply line coming from the water meter to the main supply shut off valve. I don't have the expertise or confidence to do it myself. I called Alchemy, and within one day, they came out and fixed the leak and replaced the pipes. They did a fabulous job, and Josh and Sarin were very professional and polite. You could tell they cared about us and wanted our needs met, which I appreciated. We are delighted with the finished product. We even told them on the spot about a leaking faucet in the bathtub, and they also fixed it that day. The value was in line with what other businesses quoted. The quality of the work and the speed at which they came over is also worth the price, in my opinion. I believe we have found our plumbing company
