I wanted to take some time and write a review about PEX Plumbing.    I recently had the need to get my whole house repiped. I was tired of low water pressure, inconsistency of hot water and the feeling of nothing working right. So, like any responsible homeowner, I reached out to a few plumbing companies to get quotes for a whole home repipe. Well let me say this those other plumbing companies failed badly.  Now let me tell you about PEX plumbing. I made my first call to PEX Plumbing the afternoon of Jan 13th 2026. I explained what my problems I was having. I was asked when I would be free to have an estimator and a lead plumber come to my house. I said now, they said how about tomorrow I said OK. On the 14th, Kira and Gavin came to my house to look and give me a quick quote. During that time, I received a folder from Kira with warranty information and basic plumbing information. Gaven explained to me how it would work and the process ok a whole home repipe. I also asked about my main line to my house. Gaven and Kira both explained how it would work during the process of the whole home repipe. Gavin and Kira left me a rough quote. When I looked at the quote, I was shocked. Their bid was less than their competitors. That same day I got an official Quote from Kira. From there Saleena and Robin took care of me with scheduling and payment process. Don't be afraid to ask if there are any other discounts, you might be surprised. I ended up scheduling for the follow week. I scheduled for Jan 22nd to have my whole house repiped and a new main line. On Jan 22nd Gavin and his crew, Chris, Mike, Cam, Travis, and Tony. Gaven was running a few minutes behind his crew. The crew didn't hesitate to start getting their gear ready, tarps laid down and tools in to start work. When Gaven arrived, I handed out breakfast burritos to the crew, that I purchased for them. Gaven told me that they would be turning off the water at 8:30am to 9am, and last call for any bathroom use. Don't worry, they had buckets of water ready in case of emergency. By 9am water was off, Gaven and his crew got to work. By 10:30am the directional boring was at my house to pull in a new main line, oh and it was trenchless. The only digging that was done, was at the street where the water meter is located. During this time Gaven, Chris, Mike, Cam, Travis, and Tony had walls open and new pex being installed. By noon the new main line was in and connections where being made under the house. At 1:30pm the water was turned back on. Gaven walked me around to show me what had been done, while the crew was cleaning up. While Gaven and I were turning on faucets he noticed on with no hot water. No problem for Gaven and his crew. They had it fixed and hot water flowing. At 2pm everyone was gone and I had full water pressure and consistent, hot and cold water. 6 hours is all it too for my whole house to be repiped and a new main line.  I did have one issue after the job was completed, that I noticed on the weekend. On Monday morning I contacted PEX plumbing and spoke with Saleena. I told her what was happening, she was able to schedule Gaven to come out. Gaven showed up at 11am the same day, assessed the problem and then had it fixed in about 30 minutes.  I want to say thank you to Gaven, Chris, Mike, Cam, Travis, Tony, Kira, Saleena, and Robin. Don't be afraid to ask questions or talk to the crew. Greg, the owner of Pex Plumbing & Repiping came to our house to give us a bid to re-pipe our entire house. We have dealt with low water pressure, rust and debris from our old galvanized pipes for years. He did the walk through and gave us a bid on that first visit. He told us they would be able to plumb the entire house in one day. Three days later we accepted the bid and Greg said they would do the plumbing the following Monday, have it inspected on Tuesday and do the drywall repairs on Wednesday. He said they would have an ample crew here to do the work in 7 hours from water shut off to water on with the new plumbing. The morning of the installation I told my neighbor we were re-piping our house and the entire plumbing job would be completed that day. His response was "good luck with that". An hour later the crew arrived. TEN PEOPLE showed up to our 1800 sq. ft. house. Gaven, Chris, Cam, Travis, Taylor, Kellan, Jason, Mike, Tim and Tony, all experienced employees of Pex Plumbing & Repiping. They were everywhere. Outside the house digging the entry connection, drilling the garage floor for the Pex pipe entry to the building, removing the water heater for access to the tub and showers, running pipe under the house and through the attic and people stationed at the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry making the faucet and shut-off connections. This was a well organized professional operation. To my amazement, our water was turned back on 5 hours after the crew arrived. When they left a few minutes later, the house was as clean as when they got there. They not only exceeded our expectations, they exceeded the company owner's. Greg had estimated the water would be off for 7 hours. We now have clean water with good pressure at all outlets. On Tuesday, the Washington County inspector arrived and approved the installation. On Wednesday morning, Chuck, also a Pex Plumbing and Repiping employee, arrived to do the drywall work. He made the cutout sections look newly finished. He also fixed a section of wall that had previous water damage. Not only was Chuck skilled at his work, he noticed a slow bathroom sink drain and unclogged it. He also repaired our front door which he noticed stuck a little when opening and closing. During the week I called the Pex Plumbing & Repiping office number five times. Each time the call was answered by a real person, either Robin or Celina. The office personnel were as professional and knowledgeable as the rest of the staff. Pex to the rescue! I'd been quoted a truly huge number by another local plumbing service and I was so worried about how I was going to pay for the repipe and my mortgage. Greg came over right away, he was even a little early. He was really thorough and my dogs both liked him. He told me how the repipe would go, when his team would arrive, what I should keep an eye on and even which plants would probably die as a result of the new water system install (it's fine, I didn't like that one anyway). He showed me pictures of the new hardware they would install and talked me through everything that would happen after they were done from the inspection to the drywall fix, which was included in the price of the repipe (the other company I'd gotten a quote from did not include repipe or guarantee against any damage to the house). I appreciated that he gave me a discount for paying with check, and that he didn't pressure me to make a choice right away. Even though my problem was slightly urgent, he trusted me to know when I was going to be making my housing decisions. Also, his price-point was almost too good to be true after what the other company quoted me. I looked up average prices for a repipe in Portland and it was the other company who was way off base price-wise. They most have thought I didn't have another option. The day of, Enrique, Gaven and Jason arrived when we expected them to, they did what they said they would do and even wiped down and re-arranged the cleaning products under the sink when they were done. My kitchen sink has always been backwards but they fixed it while they were piping, they also did a new toilet install the same day because I'd mentioned that I always hated my toilet and it turns out it was really affordable to add it on. While they were working they used drop cloths to protect our floors and other furniture and they left things clean and tidy. The repipe itself took one day and the only spots where you could even tell someone did major work is where the drywall had to be cut. Also, they were patient with our dogs who were barking a lot at all the noise. My review is LONG overdue. Back in October, I got a plumber (can't remember the company) to go under my manufactured home to tackle what I thought, was a simple switching of hot/cold water hoses to the correct sides of 3 sinks, 2 showers and a toilet (yes, my toilet had warm/hot water each time we flushed). When he came up from under my house, he gave me the bad news that he wouldn't touch the pipes because they were the awful polybutylene pipes that caused many lawsuits in the 90's, which is when my home was built. He gave me a hefty quote to fix my initial problems and do a complete re-pipe. Obviously, complete re-pipe jobs are expensive and so I wanted to get another quote. I called around and was referred to PEX Plumbing. Deanna emailed me back within 30 minutes of my requesting a bid. I booked an appointment with Greg for the next day. When he came to my house, he was very friendly, relaxed and down to earth. He was great to answer all of my questions and I felt like he gave me a very thorough and competitive bid for a complete re-pipe plus some additional cosmetic things I asked for. We confirmed the date that he and his assistants would return. Deanna, at their office, was great to stay in communication with me the whole way and answered any questions I had. On the day of the big project (Halloween), they arrived early and worked hard all day, even being one man short, they got it all done. Greg and the guys were phenomenal. Very friendly, kept the house clean during the entire project, and left the place ready for the inspector to come the next day. All went very smoothly. Greg is super professional and trustworthy. I need to preface my review with a story; a year ago, I was incredibly ill. I was life flighted to OHSU and spent 2 weeks on life support and the first shower I got after I was healing, was the best shower I've ever, ever had. I never thought I would ever take a shower that came close to feeling that good, but the shower I took after the PEX crew was done, came very close to beating that shower. Gaven, Travis, Cam and Tony were our plumbers for the day and they were professional, quick, and worked well as a team. They all showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled time and got to work quickly. They finished in 6ish hours and that included the set-up, clean-up and their lunch. It was amazing how fast they were. Our inspector who came the following day commented about how well the work was done and had no concerns with the work. Today, Chuck and Ermilindo came out to do the patch work on our walls and ceilings. They were amazing and our walls/ceilings look just as good as before. Greg did the quotes for us and was very knowledgeable and great at communicating with us! Saleena handled all the billing and scheduling and was delightful to work with. I cannot recommend this company and team enough. Their prices were well below what other companies quoted us. The work was impeccably done. I wanted to have the CPVC piping in my house replaced before it became a problem. I got a referral for PEX Plumbing from a neighbor. John came by and gave me a bid which I accepted and we scheduled the work. The guys did an absolutely great job on the repipe of my house. They were on time, displayed great customer service and did their work in a very timely fashion. Gavin, Chris, Mike, Travis, Tony and John worked as a great team that worked together very efficiently!. They took extra care at making sure all of the floors were covered prior to starting work. They were on site at 8 am and completed the job by 2 pm, cleaning up after themselves and giving me a walk through making sure our water was running perfectly at every location, As an unexpected bonus they installed 2 freeze resistant spigots and insulation on all the pipes underneath the house (I don't know if code requires this but I didn't realize that it was included). Permit inspection and patching followed the next couple days leaving the whole experience as short and stress free as possible. Looking at my walls, the patching crew of Chuck and Ermilindo did an excellent job and were much faster than I had anticipated. I can't tell that anything was done, other than some needed paint and a bit of texturing overspray that got missed. I now have "no worries" about our old pipes leaking or breaking and I would definitely hire them again. read more

We had our 1967 house with galvanized pipes wholly repiped with PEX Plumbing and it was an absolute pleasure; owner Greg has put together an astounding team. From start to finish, they were communicative, upbeat, efficient, and patient with all of my many questions. With an expert crew, they accomplished a huge feat in one day's work. This is the first renovation the house has seen in its lifetime, and I was nervous to pioneer it; however, with the people at PEX Plumbing, I felt reassured and confident throughout every part of the process. While repiping my home was not a cheap endeavor, I believe every penny was worth it in the security and joy I feel after the work has been done; neither did they try to over charge me (I had multiple companies walkthroughs before choosing PEX Plumbing), nor did they use fancy jargon to confuse me into buying more. I felt respected, cared for, and empowered in the course of working with them on this. Special shout outs to Tim, Jason, and Gaven who answered over 30 prepared questions as well as those I came up with on the fly. Love these guys! Should have done the repipe years ago. I finally had it done after my neighbors hired them and referred me. I've been in my house a dozen years, and the water pressure/volume was always low. I couldn't use the bethtub, because the the volume was so low that the water was cold before it was 1/2 full. Shower was just a trickle. No problems now. Curious to see my next water bill, since I have so much more volume coming through now. Found PEX Plumbing through Repipe Specialists. Everyone was professional and friendly: estimator, repipe plumbers and drywall repair guy. They have a great relationship with the city inspectors, which speaks well of their work and reputation. The drywall repair was excellent; and, after painting, you can't even tell where the repairs are. Water volume/pressure is great now. Had them add a shower to my hall bathroom and a utility tub in the garage and am very happy with both. Workers showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up when finished. Gave me the grand tour when finished and explained the new bathtub and shower valves and the new shut-off valves and winterization process for two of my outdoor hose bibs (those that, because of their location, weren't "frost free.") read more

The estimators (Greg & Dylan) explained all the steps of the repiping process. I was impressed with their professionalism and honesty. No pressure to purchase when estimate was given. They explained available discounts well. Dylan thoroughly answered questions I had. The repiping crew (Jason, Tim, Taylor, Kellen, Mikey, Tony, & Travis) arrived on time & started the project. They put down protection for the flooring. Each of them worked on specific tasks. They were meticulous with their work. They cleaned up their work areas well & did a walk-through with me when they finished, showing where shut-off valve were placed. All were very professional & great to work with. They cut only the drywall necessary to reach fixtures. The patching drew (Chuck & Ermilindo) arrived when they were scheduled to be here. The did a walk-through to discuss areas to be patched. They also protected the flooring. Very efficient & professional job. I had questions for the office and Seelina was very informative & gracious in answering all question we had. There were a number of aspects of Jason and his crew worth noting. They showed up on time with a crew of five: Jason, Tim, Mike, Kira and Caleb. That assured me they would complete the job in a timely manner which they did-- finishing in one day by 3:00pm. It also assured that no one person one the crew would be overly taxed, which typically can translate to better quality of workmanship and greater capacity to give attention to detail. It was clear when I met them they had a quiet confidence about them- they do repipes day in and day out. They knew exactly what they were doing- it was obvious they were not going to be surprised by anything. They got to work, moving systematically through each phase the job, each team member off to care for their assigned task. PEX Plumbing did a fantastic job with our re-pipe and water main replacement. From quote to completion everyone was friendly and professional. Joel explained a lot in the initial walk through and described how they would approach the job and have all the piping and plumbing done in one day. Our foreman Jason started by introducing Tim, Chris, Tony, RT, and Caleb. Then they all fanned out and were busy in the kitchen, bathroom, under the house, and out at the curb. There was a lot of hussle and communication going on as they coordinated their work. They enjoy working together and every interaction with me was positive. I bought a house a while ago knowing that the plumbing would eventually need to be redone - a lot of terrible DIY by the previous homeowner left us with low water pressure, fragile piping, and a lot of other nonsense. I previously had some work done with ProDrain and was happy with that, so I opted to get a quote with PEX for the repipe project, as well as a couple other drain issues that needed to be resolved. The quote was competitive (higher than I wanted, but less than I expected), and beat the other quote that I got by more than a few hundred, which included a new water heater, which the other plumbing company didn't offer as part of theirs. The crew showed up on time in the morning, was professional and surprisingly quick. I requested a repipe of our house as our house still had galvanized pipe and sections of PEX that were left hanging free in the crawlspace. I wanted to make sure this was completed before the upcoming winter as I didn't want to worry about the possibility of the pipes bursting. Joel came out, took a look at the work required, and provided a bid within the hour. He and his office were in constant communication leading up to the project date and best of all, they have a drywall crew on staff so your walls are patched shortly after the inspection. The crew was efficient, friendly, and tidy, took their time to confirm the scope of work and to walk me through what all was done before I signed anything. PEX Plumbing repiped my home working as a contractor for Repipe Specialists. I was impressed with how quickly (and quietly) they were able to complete this job (an 1,800 sq ft, two bath home in less than 8 hours). Greg, the owner, also fixed a couple of small problems that were beyond the scope of the contract which I really appreciated. Everything works so much better than before and now I have the peace of mind that comes with "no more leaks!" Clean up was well done, and Greg came back a few days later to make a couple of fine tunings for perfection. One more thing: The office was very easy to reach and was on top of the job scheduling and preparation from the very beginning. I would highly recommend PEX Plumbing for any of your Plumbing needs. We had a leak in our kitchen and we were unable to locate the source, I filled out the questionnaire after hours and was call first thing the next morning. Kira, the project manager, was able to schedule me for same day and reassure me they would find the cause. We found the leak minutes before Kira and Greg, the plumber, showed up. Greg was able to confirm the source of the leak and recommend we contact our insurance company. Kira was able to provide use with documentation for our insurance claim and was so lovely to work with in such a stressful situation. We had our family's 1960's home repiped by another "plumber". It was upsetting to learn he was, in fact, not a journeyman plumber and had not pulled a permit. Greg from Pex Plumbing came out to assess the work on a Wednesday and I had an appointment by the following Monday to bring it up to code. Gaven and Camren worked efficiently, were professional, and skilled at what they do. Communication from the front office was exemplary. Saleena and Robin were just great helping me navigate the whole process from the first phone call all the way to getting it inspected and approved by the city. We are very happy with the job that everyone did on our re-pipe. The bulk of the work was done in one day in our 3 bath, kitchen, basement laundry, 2 exterior frost free faucets, and the water main to the street! There were 2 small pipe ends in the wall that they missed removing somehow even though there were 9 guys here, but they came back at our first convenience and took care of it. A special mention for Ermelindo! He came through and made the drywall look like nothing happened...he went above and beyond. The house we bought had old CPVC plumbing, so we knew a full repipe was on the horizon. After getting multiple bids that were all over the map, PEX Plumbing stood out. Their price was very reasonable, and Greg was fantastic to work with. What really sold us, though, was their timeline: they promised to replumb our entire two-story, 2 1/2 bath house in just one day--something no other company could offer. Sure enough, a crew of five arrived around 8:00 AM, and our water was back on by 4:00 PM.
