I am on a service plan with Mill Creek and have been happy with the bi-annual check done on my gas…read morefurnace and also the heat pump. My house had been pretty warm but it looked like the thermostat said it was cooling. I called Mill Creek and they had a technician come out. Tim Wilson was great to work with. He diagnosed the problem after a leak check, checked their history on the heat pump, called the office for more info, and I was told I needed refrigerant and a new compressor. The company called the manufacturer and because it wasn't that old the compressor was provided to me at no cost, and also a discount on the refrigerant. The new part arrived a few days later, Tim showed up timely and obviously knew what he was doing. He installed things, double checked my thermostat, answered my questions and provided a written description of his work. I was very happy with my experience with Mill Creek Heating and this employee!

Last week, when the system was not functioning, two technicians came out and worked on the issue. They were professional and courteous, and we appreciated their efforts. However, the next morning the same problem occurred, and the house was again without heat. When I called to report the issue, my first call was routed to an answering service and I did not receive a return call. I called again and reached someone at the business. When I explained that the system was still not working and the person responsible for paying the bills was understandably upset, the woman who answered responded by saying, " That doesn't matter to me." I found this response dismissive and completely inappropriate, particularly given the amount of money we have spent with your company and the urgency of the heating issue. As a result of both the unresoved issues and this interaction, we will not be using Mill Creek again, nor recommending your services to others.

My repair included breaking open my slab, finding the broken part of the pipe, cleaning everything up, doing a recorded video of the condition of the rest of the pipes, then button everything up like new and reseal the slab. These guys did a ton a work and left the place cleaner then they found that. This day and age, who does that!? Lol. Seriously, these guys are great, friendly, and exceptional at what they do. He was super responsive via the yelp "request quote" option and had availability as early as the next day. Tiffany from their front office was so nice when confirming the appointment and gathering the relevant info. Something they also did which was super nice was calling us ahead of time to let us know when the techs were dispatched so we knew about when to expect them (and they showed up in the 2 hour time frame we asked for). When they got here, they were very polite offering to take their shoes off, explaining what they would be doing and how long the labor would take. After they finished they explained the warranty, how to get the most out of the life of our disposal, gave a business card, and basically assured us of every question we could have possibly had. After a string of bad luck with plumbers this experience has me feeling good again!
