I admit the name made me giggle, and something about the nice, professional logo drew me in. There were some reviews there, and they were very favorable. So I gave him a call and got a time set up for him to come out and work on a hopelessly clogged drain. Something came up, and my husband and I were trying to juggle who could be there at the right time -- turns out neither could. So I called him the day before and asked if we could push the time back just a bit; he was really good in working with us to make it work, and not making a big deal out of it. He arrived in a meticulous white van with the company logo on it. He's prompt, professional, and very kind and hilarious. :) Clean and quick, he had conquered our minor drain problem the simplest way possible. (To be honest, I was expecting a trap replacement. Whew!) I couldn't be happier. I'll be happy to do business with him again in the future, and tell everyone I know that if they need a plumber, I know who they should call!

We called multiple plumbers for quotes and the last quote we received was from DoneRite. Roger and Rodney showed up on time at 10 am, crawled under the house, and ended up quoting us on a new water line. The main concern was how long it would take to get a directional bore company out to drill the hole, but DoneRite stated they could work on the boring company's schedule to get this fixed for us ASAP. Roger and Rodney left and I was already feeling better about the situation but was still nervous about how long it would take, given the time estimates we received from other plumbing companies. About 20 minutes after they left, they came back to tell me that they spoke to a boring company who happened to have availability TODAY. DoneRite stated they would clear their schedule if today worked for us. At this point our yard had been torn up for four days and I was already over it. So we jumped on the opportunity. Roger and Rodney came back at noon with the boring company and they had our new water line in and working before dinner time. They even set me up two new spickets to make watering my garden easier. They were the nicest guys, very genuine and hard working and extremely thorough. If you want it done right and you want the plumbing to last, call these guys. I can't recommend them enough!

We have been lied to and almost swindled by other companies, so glad we called Oregon Sewer and Drain for a 2nd opinion in Cottage Grove, the others were telling us we had to evacuate the building and it would take weeks and cost well over 50K, Oregon Sewer and Drain came all the way from Silverton for us and had the issue repaired in a couple hours and could not find the river of sewage under our complex the other company said was there. We had one of our complexes without water due to a small water company being down and needing repairs, Josh recommended a company in SIlverton, the water company was grateful for a new company to call, they were up and running quicker than any other company could have arrived to inspect. Thanks to Josh our complex had running water within 12 hours of our phone call to him.

I called Evergreen a couple of months ago because of a corroded, leaky pipe in the basement. Peter…read morecame by, gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable, and did the work quickly and efficiently. This was no small feat given the weird crawl spaces in my basement, that he had to crawl into in order to replace some pipes. Somehow he was amazingly cheerful about this! Of course, given my 1890 house, fixing that pipe uncovered a clog further along in the pipes that was stopping up my sink. So today James and Mason came out, cleaned it all out, showed me what the pipes look like on their very cool camera device, and now everything works like a charm. I thought the prices were very reasonable, and the estimates accurately reflected the final cost. All along, everyone I dealt with was great, from Marcus on the phone setting up the appointments, to Peter/James/Mason doing the work at the house. They were friendly, professional, explained everything, left everything neat and took care of the small details, and were very nice to and amused by my dog, who was doing his best to "help" their efforts. Haha, "help." Overall, this is now my only go-to place for plumbing/drainage problems - which are likely to be a recurring thing given the age of my house. I forget which other maintenance person recommended them, but I'm glad they did. I've had leaking pipes in the past where the leak was so bad that the water had to be shut entirely off, and the companies I dealt with then could never tell me anything more than "well, we're really busy, we MIGHT be able to get out there next week" etc. It was always nerve-wracking, calling different places to see which ones could come out first. I can't imagine that being an issue with Evergreen, given how prompt they've always been.

Posting again as the 2nd review I did seems to have disappeared. I don't recommend this business…read morebecause the estimators/inspectors they have sent out have made too many mistakes. They misdiagnosed a sump pump issue (was electrical, not plumbing issue) and immediately stated I had to replace entire pump (was not the case). They provided inaccurate information about a pipe offset which did not need to be fixed and put together a job for rain drains that would never work due to slope. All in all, I feel this company is rather predatory and high priced as well, and now do not trust them.
