He totally eased my fears and told me that hot tubs frequently get pin hole leaks in some of the joints and fittings. He even took me over to some of their systems on display to demonstrate where and what to look for in determining the type of leak. The best part was his recommendation of a product called "Fix a Leak" and how to apply it to my system. She always had conflicts and issues, and just showed up the one time, kept flaking on us with a lot of excuses. This lady is just unprofessional. Who yells at someone about their pool being low (it was full to the point where it has always recommended to be), leaves with the gates open, says they'll be back the next day, and sends a message like this? And if the was the same pool person before that showed up once and came up with excuses to ever come back. Why even come back? You knew the house. Just cancel instead of yelling at a man with medical issues and immediately leaving.
