Although I'm a mechanic and an engineer, I was struggling to figure out how to install the wipers. Jennifer (maybe a manager?) saw my frustration and offered to help. Reluctantly I agreed. Jennifer not only realized I'd been sold the wrong wipers, she made me feel somewhat less stupid because "you'd never get those to fit, the kit is missing the adapter you need... it took me a long time to figure THAT out!" Jennifer was quick to swap out the incorrect wipers and replace them with a set with the correct adapters. Turns out Jennifer had already clocked out and was leaving the store but stopped to help. That is customer service and commitment to her job. I told Jennifer (jokingly) that "AutoZone should keep her on at least another week or two!" Jennifer, you represent AutoZone well. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any institution or business. The owner is completely incompetent. Before we get into the details here's a list of nearby places that come highly recommended if you need parts. O'Reilly Auto Parts +1 (928) 472-6227 210 S Beeline Hwy, Payson, AZ 85541 AutoZone +1 (928) 472-8810 109 AZ-260, Payson, AZ 85541 I paid $640 for a new front drive shaft before it could be ordered for my Jeep after confirming with the representative who meant the best and was pretty helpful considering he ordered the wrong part which was too short. (Confirmed by Mechanic) The new $640 drive shaft failed in 25 miles. I called in explaining the issue and the new representative I spoke with was beyond unhelpful. Didn't look for a new part, didn't order a new part. He was worried they would have to eat the cost of the warranty replacement. I was told to call back in 2 days when the owner would be in store. And then put on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on. It's Mother's Day weekend. I was on my way to Utah from PHX. Zero effort to reach a resolution was made. I sincerely hope this can be resolved and have no intention of leaving such a negative post if I can get the correct part in a timely manner. Update! 05/12/25 Spoke to the owner he was zero help would not give me an exchange or refund. Trashy folks

Had my mom pick up stuff to do an oil change while she was in town and she came back with a 110 dollar receipt because they were "price comparing" and forgot to remove items. I let that go after a trip down there to get her refunded something like 60 dollars and get the right items.
