Horrible. My car was towed and stored for 20 days. Police department documented on the tow form no damages to my vehicle. Upon pick up, HUGE crack in windshield and 4 small dings in windshield clearly from rocks or debris hitting it while stored in their yard or during the tow. Also huge crack in bumper with grease clearly around it where it was hooked up and cracked. They refuse to take any responsibility for any of it and say their driver states he didn't do it. Because I'm sure any driver would really wanna take responsibility for actual damage. Don't use this company at all. I will be taking them to court for the damage as they refused to give me their liability information. read more

Hit a massive pothole on 87 in-between pine and payson. After calling another towing company that charged over $275 for 2.6 miles and a wait time of an hour. called Laforge and they were quick and responsive. Even the state trooper that stopped to check on us recommended Laforge. They were there within 20 minutes and had us at Firestone 30 minutes from our initial call. The price take was 65% less then their in town competition. Things like this can be stressful but we felt completely taken care of. read more

I ran over a rock that lodged under the rear axle, so the car would not move. LaForge came out 8 miles, jacked up the car and winched out the rock, total 45 minutes of work. They not only charged me for the mileage of 16 miles, but for the use of the winch (Ok up to this point), but for a whole hour of labor ($100 instead of $75, "that's how we do it"). Then they added a "Towing" charge of $163, even though they did not tow the car anywhere. Total of $368.15 for an hour and a half of travel and work. Stay away from them! read more

On Friday morning of Memorial Day weekend, my toy hauler blew a wheel just before the Preacher Canyon overpass between Payson and Heber. Not just a tire, but the entire wheel, so we could not change it to the spare tire. I called AAA (I have the upgraded RV package) and they dispatched LaForge Towing. My toy hauler was fully loaded for camping, and my truck had to remain hitched to support the weight and to facilitate towing. Our tow truck driver, Ted, was nothing short of miraculous. He came out and assessed the complicated situation and came up with a plan of action. Ted was cautious and respectful of both my rig and my family as he worked. Ted was able to effectively load my truck and heavily loaded trailer together, and safely get us to a shop for repairs. After a several hour delay at the mechanic shop for repairs to my trailer wheel, we were able to continue on with our camping trip. If it weren't for Ted and his years of experience and skill, I imagine we would still be on the side of the highway waiting for the holiday weekend to end so we could get service on a regular business day. I called AAA to have somebody come and open a window on my Jeep Wangler. I was told they will be a technician to my house in about one hour at a time when I called it in it was about 530. The technician came to the house and tried opening the door took quite a while in the meantime while he was doing that with his airbag he broke the top. We called them to ask them what they wanted to do about this and the owner of the store pretty much swear at us and told us it wasn't her fault. We told her that we were going to turn it into AAA because her technician definitely ruined the top of our jeep and she hung up on us after swearing at us. Drove up to Payson over the weekend to go camping when my engine had an issue and my car wouldn't start back up. AAA sent Laforge to pick me up and take me to a nearby autoshop - our driver was very nice and helpful, unfortunately, no one in Payson can service Volkswagon after 2009... So I had to get a tow all the way back to Phoenix. Well, the owner of Laforge was happy with that since my coverage was only for 10 miles then out of pocket from there. After some back and forth with insurance, we find out I had full coverage and she told insurance and her driver Laforge would not be doing the tow because its not profitable for her.. aka she was going to screw me with out of pocket payment and wouldn't do insurance payment and left me and my friends stranded for another hour until another company, who weren't terrible humans, were able to get the car and do the drive to Phoenix. read more

On my trip from Phoenix to Payson, AZ, I was stranded on the side of Highway 87 north of Rye, AZ - literally in the middle of a hot desert with very limited cell service. My roadside assistance plan folks proved to be not helpful. Fortunately for me, Leroy with Laforge Towing happened to be driving by and stopped when we flagged him down. I have never met such a helpful person in my life. Not only did Leroy quickly and carefully get my car loaded up on his truck, but he knew which of my two roadside assistance plans would work best for my situation. Furthermore, I needed to get home the next day to see my kiddo (Mother's Day) and Leroy advised me there were no rental car companies open on Sunday in Payson and provided me with an alternate solution, which worked perfectly in getting me home on time.
