I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. I was fortunate enough to find midsttate and they were able to get me in on a friday afternoon to get it fixed. They suggested Carl's although they did say after the company is going through changes. I am not from here and not totally sure where I was. I did give them my location link, my GPS coordinates, and the trail head MAPS link. They gave me where they supposed I was and since I am not from here figured they knew more about where I was. They quoted me 275. Despite them getting there when they said they would be they charged 459.00, a 67% up charge as they claimed I sent them to the wrong place even thought the driver said he entered my information and knew where I was. When I called to ask they said they tried to call me. I had great service and did confirm they had my informed. This company did the job, but I would not recommend them at all. There are plenty of other companies that you can use and I am confident they may not over charge like Carl's did.
