The original quote for my wait time to be towed was 2.5 hours. I called them at that time to see if they were nearby and the person on the phone told me that she thought her driver could get my Prius on his way back from another tow but he told her he had to get a flatbed truck instead. She said it would be another 40 min wait. I called them an hour later to find out what was happening and she then told me it would be another 40 min wait without explaining why. We are stranded on the highway and it's now been 4.5 hours. I understand when a company is busy but I don't understand the miscommunication of arrival time. Never really thought about towing until I was. La Forge Towing was called randomly from 411. The dispatcher and the driver called a couple time informing me where they were and insured me they would be their soon. And they were. Earl was courteous, friendly and very professional, explaining each step and being careful with my vehicle. For a guy who trusts very few, I was impressed with the work ethics this guy and the company has. If I need them again, (which I hope I don't) I'd call La Forge again. read more

While towing my 5th wheel toy hauler from Pueblo, CO to Bouse, AZ I lost a rear wheel seal on my truck. The rear wheel almost caught fire. Ted from LaForge Towing was FANTASTIC!! We were headed to the rim for a 3 day camping trip the morning of Friday August 23. While towing our RV, we broke down about 5 miles outside of Payson. We have AAA and requested roadside assistance. AAA told us it would be more than an hour before help could arrive. Within 20 mintues Laforge Towing showed up. They were able to tow both our SUV and travel trailer.
