Justin and Peter made the pick up incredibly seamless. They helped load the giant trailer. We even had an issue with the hitch lock and they were kind enough to cut off our lock and let us borrow their hitch. It was my first time setting up a trailer solo, but they showed me everything I needed to do. I recorded video. Later that evening camping, I even had an issue with getting the generator started and that evening, the on call gentleman was able to FaceTime me and walk through the process. Service was amazing. Garvin's RV & Adventures Worst company in arizona 4 day s Sink hole camp site AZ site 026 Day 1 arrived 1 pm unlocked rv Yamaha generator wont start fridge hot. called multiple times off and on all day. fell asleep about pm flushed toilet pump stuck umped all water alarms started going off lasted 2 hrs. batteries died ,no show repair man Day one shot no fishing. Day 2 Walter showed up with a generator, he started it charged the batteries and left to bring back water. We went fishing for about 3-4 hrs. , came back Walter the repair man was almost finished, generator running, water full, batteries charged. late afternoon everything's looking really good eat dinner. Fridge Luke warm at best ,go to forest lakes to buy ice Oh boy around 10:00 p.m. alarms started going off went through the sequence last alarm carbon monoxide 2 hours . I stayed up myself , no sleepstarted generator ran at for 2 1/2 hours to charge the batteries. Ran all night all the other camps were upset. Day 3 woke up to breakfast shut off generator used 1-light ate breakfast and left to go fishing all day got back RV was dead as door nail P.O.S. sStarted generator, ran all day . batteries are shot that won't take a charge. no water, no lights , no sleep. Oh my, where do I begin. On 5/1/26 I had my trailer brakes done at Garvin's. Afterwards, I went out to test the brakes but they didn't work. They gave me the runaround for a few days so I finally got off my butt and got under the RV to see what was going on. They only replaced the brakes on the driver side, the passenger side had not been touched (you never replace brakes only on one side!). Additionally, they hadn't done the part of the brake job where you adjust the brakes, so that's why the brakes didn't work at all. The manager did eventually (sheepishly) refund my money but what a crazily dangerous thing to send a customer off, telling them that you've done their brakes when their brakes don't actually work - and the dealership knows. read more

This place is a complete scam! Rented an RV for a vacation and had to put $500 deposit. After they took my money I got an email stating that you can't take the RV on any dirt roads!! what kind of camping do these people do? I live on a dirt road and would have been unable to even take it home to pack it. so had to cancel the reservation. Canceled over a month in advance and they will not refund the deposit. I would never do business here!! Beware before you make any reservations! read more

Wow I'm super sad to have to write this review! We have rented from Garvin's for 4 years now and usually we have better than average service. This time I am shock with the lack of customer support and especially from ownership. We rented 3 trailers and had 2 dropped off off of 260. This is an extra charge we paid for. We also had a 3rd trailer that was picked up. The 2 trailers dropped off were horrible. Bathrooms not cleaned! Toothpaste on the mirrors floors around toilets were never cleaned. We had a mouse in one with a house built from left over toilet paper under the sink. Same trailer blinds broken and smashed above bunks. The worst was the second trailer dropped off. To preference we rented this and trailer one year ago and it was new and in good shape. This time dropped off filthy in addition to dirty bathroom we got a bonus of 4 old sweaty cheese burgers left in microwave. Then we open the fridge which wasn't working and discovered black mold troughout! We immediately called Garvins and from the afternoon until 9pm they promised to have someone show up to clean and fix. No one ever showed up that night. We ended up having to clean before we could sleep in them. We had young children and inexperienced campers with no where to put them. They finally showed up the next day to address some of the issues. The people who dropped off the trailers and came to fix the next day are super awesome. The 3rd trailer that we towed up had multiple issues as well. Generator would not start. Propane bottle leaking. We had to replace with one of ours as valve was leaking. Battery wouldn't charge when we used one of our generator so heater and water pump was intermittent. All of this we could have sorted out with them if we could discuss some compensation. However the owners have not called back as promised. Only one late phone call after promised by 5pm then around 7 when unable to talk. He promised to call next day but now 3 days later and nothing. How do you not compensate the people who have used your services for 4 years?! Well hopefully we will hear from them until then super disappointed! read more

THANK YOU!!! Big accident on Hwy 87 on 7/7/23. Traffic was backed up and I had 24 people in the First Baptist Church - Winslow bus. The temp gauge was starting to inch upward. With traffic stopping I knew we were in big trouble with the temp. There was a lady (Jackie) standing at the entrance watching the traffic and smoke. I pulled in and asked if we could stop until the traffic started to move. They were actually closed and she said no problem. If we needed to use the restrooms just ask and she would have her husband (Walter) to come open for us. This made our day tolerable. We were able to get out and move around. After over an hour we found out the road would be closed for at least 6 hours (actually closed for 11+ hours). We ended up driving back to Fountain Hills and going home through Flagstaff. We got home at 1:30 in the morning. Walter and Jackie sure saved the day. Thank you again for opening your place for us. God bless you. Garvin's RV was absolutely incredible from top to bottom. These guys delivered the RV which was set up when I arrived. They came and took it when we were done. They were incredibly easy to reach and helped with a few minor issues that came up during the trip. Nothing but A+ customer service! I highly recommend trying them out. We store our RV across the street in Rye, AZ and noticed the opening of Garvin's RV Sales & Service. We met up with Matt and explained all the items on our list to repair on our RV. After discussing with Matt, he assured us, he and his team could do it all. We left our spare set of keys with him and have since used his twice! He/they go over to grab the RV from storage, fix/repair and put it back without issues. We really appreciate Matt and the whole team for everything they've done for us. This company is fantastic to work with! My family of four rented one of their RVs and had it delivered to our campsite. Another family in our group rented a 2nd trailer from Garvin's RV. We originally had a campsite reservation at a group site in Christopher Creek, but it was cancelled due to COVID. I spoke with Reed from Garvin's RV and he was very accommodating. He offered to move our reservation date free of charge or help us find another location to camp. He found us an amazing site along the rim. The RV was very clean and well stocked.
