Everyone was booking out but they fit me in. They even worked with me on what day they could come for first service since I needed them on my day off. The owner Chad came out and explained everything in great detail and made sure I knew everything I needed too. My pool was pretty rough but he quickly got it under control. We were having guests over the next day and knew we wanted the pool looking clean and filtered. He fit us in at the end of the day and patched the plumbing problem. We had a great time with our guests thanks to Brad's responsiveness. Later when the replacement salt cell housing arrived we had him back out and we had him replumb our entire system so that all the pipes were straight and the filter and pump were situated fully on the pad like they belonged. He also patched a suction side air leak at our request, and he will be sending us a quote for a full valve replacement in case the patch goes bad and we opt to pay for a more permanent fix. Highly recommend due to responsiveness and good workmanship.

Well, I have a sneaking suspicion it stems from asking for heightened communication about the condition of the pool. I asked after finding problems with the pool vacuum system they never noticed and therefore never mentioned. Apparently their website advertises they inspect the condition of the vacuum system as part of the service they provide. In short, the company was happy to receive payment every month with as little communication as possible.

Pool tech arrived finally at 621pm forgot to check skimmer basket and pump basket until we said something. Then broke the pressure relief value and guage off completely. Pump had to be shut off. Owner arrived next day to repair with an attitude. This pool was just completed and his company came to service and broke the guage, then used our warranty to repair their mistake.
