Anibal Sanchez from Arizona Pool and Spa Maintenance came and really gave me some great information and advice. He put in a new filter, and made my pool and fountain look better than ever. The pricing was compatible to what I have seen around my neighborhood. I totally would recommend this team. The company I had hired for my pool service was acquired by Arizona Pool and Spa Maintenance LLC…read more All of my billing and contact information was captured at the time of hire. After 4 months of service with Arizona Pool and Spa Maintenance LLC they left a note on my door to call them. I called, only find out they failed to bill and asked for the entire amount owed, even though it was their error. I agreed to pay them what was owed each month with the bill to satisfy the debt. I had asked on several occasions to send me a link to their site to make the payments and never received it. To make matters worse I had found my pool gate both unlocked and unsecured on several occasions leaving my young child safety at risk. Additionally, my pool pump had failed making a loud noise and made no notation of it. My pool water had begun to overflow up to the rim, their technician took no corrective action. Finally, I had to terminate due to poor service and putting my child's safety at risk. Fast forward two weeks, still have no information to make a payment and have Hannibal (owner) show up and my door, verbally assault and threaten my wife. When I contacted Doug (owner) to please not take such harsh action and again attempted to make arrangements to pay them, I received the response in the picture below. There are far to many honest and professional service providers in the valley. STAY FAR AWAY FROM Arizona Pool and Spa Maintenance LLC!

I still paid my regular monthly payment then questioned the company politely as maybe they switched my house on the route and I was missing the guy when he came. After getting a fairly unpleasant response I let the matter go. A month later I noticed they had not taken the regular monthly payment, when I questioned again I got no response. I followed up with 2 additional emails to ensure I was not neglecting payments on work done. However still no response. I am pretty disappointed as again they had such a good first impression but maybe my service was no longer worth it to them. We first called Good Neighbor after seeing their signs in the neighborhood before we bought a house with a pool. Monte went out and looked over the pool/equipment (for free) before we purchased the house. He told us about some potential issues which we were able to resolve with the seller prior to moving in. Monte and his crew haven't missed a week since we started their weekly service. His pricing includes all chemicals so there are no extra charges, which is great for budget. He has automatic billing set up via credit card so you don't have to worry. We have had SEVERAL issues with our pool equipment due to a large tree in our backyard that drops leaves like crazy from the slightest breeze. Monte has come out several times to fix a clog, backwash the filter, repair the vacuum and countless other things this tree has messed up. He has tried everything possible to help our pool run smoothly without having to get rid of the tree. I finally made the decision to take the tree down, but Monte has tried 8-10 different solutions prior, on his own time, and always showed up when he said he would swing by. Thank you to Monte and his team. Our pool is always sparkling, clean, and chemically balanced. They really do a great job, you won't be disappointed!
