It was made with Woodford and in traditional style, no wash. It was pitch perfect. Once we transitioned to the dining room, we ordered whitefish cakes for an appetizer, which were served with a perfectly savory red pepper remoulade. They were delicious. Each evening they have a nightly special. We were there on a Wednesday. The Wednesday special is the Chef Special, which is the chef's choice of unique creation. The evening I was there was a pasta dish with a creamy pesto and a balsamic drizzle. It was divine. Throughout the evening, from the bar to hostess to the dining room, the service was lovely.
