A great fast and easy option for lunch/dinner in the harbor. I had the Greek salad only...was looking to up my veggie intake. Lovely Greek salad! Just up my alley. The salad includes cucumbers, chick peas, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta, celery and dressing. It was fresh and delish and already premade and fresh that I didn't have to wait. They have plenty of seating options to chill and watch the coast from afar.

After hiking, my wife and I were looking for a bite to eat and Wally's was right there! We stopped and ordered two Chicago dogs and coleslaw. Absolutely awesome. The dogs were perfectly done and dressed, and had that great "pop" when you bit into them. Staff and owner were so kind and friendly. We will make Wally's a regular stop whenever we are in Door County!

Have been here twice now, both times had amazing food and spectacular service. Had the danger dog and garlic parm fries and also had the bringer special which was the outlaw burger and again the garlic parm fries. All food was phenomenal!! The garlic parm fries are the best ever and being able to add malt vinegar to em was a great enhancement (not that they needed it). Very generous portion of fries, easily enough for two people. The burger was out of this world. Cooked perfectly, the slaw and candied bacon on it has me excited for my next one. Anxious to sample the entire menu.

One of our best meals in Door County! Gyro Nachos and parm fries. Incredible! And Wally and his wife were fun and you can tell they put their heart and soul into this fun eatery!!! And what a great spot looking at the bay.

Casual spot in a great location. Gourmet hot dog creations. Loved the garlic fries. My only issue is that they say Chicago style, but the hot dogs have a thick skin east coast style. They are Vienna, so taste good and the added toppings are great. I order the Jumbo at Portillos because that's the Chicago style without thick skin (vs. NY 'snap'). Wish they would have had that option.

Another visit, another couple of Chicago dogs, fries and Coke. Good place to stop for a quick bite

One order of fries which is seven dollars and fills a whole dinner plate

It's a little pricey but good food. The cherry Bbq dog is good and so is the Wisconsin dog

Excellent food truck experience. The Greek nachos were amazing but huge. Enough to share. Everything was fresh and colorful.

Reminds me of the wonderful Chicagoland treats of my home town! Finding Vienna products this far North was a small delight!

Great Gyros and Chicago dogs. Only 4 stars because you never know when its going to be open, otherwise would be 5+.

Found this place highly reviewed and after about 10 seconds of seeing photos of cheesy, stacked…read moresandwiches and creamy gelato, we had to stop by. Packed into this little restaurant is an artisan storefront, a gelato window, a bakery, and a sandwich place. Wanting to try a little bit of everything, we got their cheese charcuterie and an Italian grinder sandwich to share for 2. Stellar, all of it. There was a great variety of cheeses on the board, including a truffle cheese and some kind of herbed goat cheese (which were my favorites), plus a mini brie and a blue cheese (boy's favorites). The board came with a bag of fresh baked focaccia slices on the side to spread the cheese/jams on and it was soooo good. The sandwich had toasty, melted cheese on the roll plus a seasoned tomato/lettuce situation that tied together all the meats so well. Definitely a napkin-heavy meal. They have a water station inside to grab cups, and carry-out bags/containers by request. Theres seating outside only that wraps around the building. Half of it was shaded. We actually left to walk around and came back for the gelato. They were actively putting out new flavors as we watched, so if you are waiting for one in particular just ask! You can split any size between two flavors, so i did chocolate and strawberry sorbet, boy did chocolate and cherry. I loved his cherry, it was so fresh and tart. The chocolate was rich and fit super well with the fruit flavors. They let you taste beforehand too, and the cranberry was also a hit for me! I both wish this was open closer to me and grateful that it's far away. Id be spending a lot more money here if it was nearby. DEFINITELY give them a try!!!

Stopped at Door County Creamery on our way out of Door County. Expect a long wait if you go around…read morelunch time. Also expect to spend an arm and a leg for a sandwich..... All that to say, the sandwiches are yummy. Both David and I liked the Hot Honey sandwich most. It was incredibly flavorful with some nice heat to it. The goat cheese was delicious and added a nice creaminess to the sandwich. The Turkey Brie was fine but would skip next time. I wasn't a big fan of the flavor of the turkey and David didn't like the jam on it. The sandwiches were very filling and loaded perfectly with ingredients.

We wanted a quick snack while driving from the UP to Green Bay and came upon The Dairy Barn. As we…read moredrove in, we thought the place was inside of the nearby gas station, but we quickly found that it was a separate building with quite a number of cars and customers surrounding it. There was a nearby setup of picnic tables and all seats were taken, with people eating burgers, custard, and other treats. To order, there's a choice of either a drive through, or you can queue up at one of the windows in front. We just wanted a small snack and ordered two items. Service is quite quick; everything only took a couple of minutes to come out. Extra Small Pistachio Frozen Custard ($2) - This was the weekly special and we got the very last dregs in the frozen custard machine. We saw the employee using a spatula on the top of the machine to push through the rest of the custard. As such, we're not sure if the custard was the freshest and best churned or not. The sweetness of the custard, mint green in color, first comes through, followed by a bit of artificial pistachio flavoring. The strange thing is that we had pistachio frozen custard from another place the previous day and this tasted exactly the same. I wonder if everyone just uses the same commercial pistachio custard base and churns it differently? This particular one is quite smooth and creamy, but also a bit on the softer side and less dense than other frozen custard I've had. I can't complain when this is only $2 though. (4/5) Fried Cheese Curds ($4) - I read about the curds here on social media and I have to agree that these are quite good. The batter on the exterior is pretty thick and fried to a fantastic crisp. The interior is stretchy, milky, squeaky as they stick to the teeth and have a more firm chew. The exterior batter has quite a bit of salt added after it comes out of the fryer, making this a treat that almost begs for custard or some other sweet beverage/treat on the side. (4/5) I'm not sure there is anything that they actually make in house, but hey, the prices are so cheap and they execute everything well enough that it makes me not care. I wouldn't make The Dairy Barn a destination for food or anything, but it's a solid place to visit while you're on the road. Note that they change the special custard flavor every week starting on Wednesday until they run out, so if you insist on the special flavor don't wait until Tuesday! Bathrooms - One single unisex room located on the right side of the exterior of the building. Overall rating of the food this visit: 4/5
