I've used them to repair my computers before, they don't respond any more. I guess I'll go elsewhere.

Not impressed. I felt overcharged and taken advantage of. The issues were not resolved.

I went online to get a form and they were all PDFs and wouldn't allow us to make the changes we needed. I'm pretty careful, so looked for conversion software on CNET, which is usually trustworthy. I downloaded it, okd the changes to my computer (which PC Mobile Help had just cleaned on a routine yearly tune-up that I always do), and BAM, I was into Malware land, with pop-ups erupting everywhere. I shut everything down so it wouldn't email my contact list, and tried to knock out the programs with the tools I had on my laptop. Couldn't do it, though I tried everything I knew plus internet searches. My antivirus programs flagged the malware fine, but it just kept coming back and I couldn't fix it. This was 11:30 at night. At 9:00 Am I called PC Mobile Help and they linked to my computer through the program called TeamViewer that I've downloaded and that lets them take command of my computer. They ran tests, ran programs, gave me programs to download and run off-line, walked me through it in every way. It took two hours, but they got rid of the malware and got the computer that I rely on for work and everything else working fine. Dealing with a malfunctioning computer on top of everything else was the last thing I needed at that point, and they found a way to fix it--even though I was in Los Angeles and they were in their Seattle office. I'm just hugely grateful. They're also just really nice people. I've also had them work remotely to tune-up computers of the staff for a project called the Campus Election Engagement Project and that's taken a huge load off of my mind as well. Got them to fix computers for our staff working in Florida, North Carolina and Everett. I love them and recommend them really highly.

A Better Network was the IT Service company that my and my husbands former employer (a small…read morecompany) used for many years. The team at A Better Network is at the top of their league. Our former employer touted their praises time and time again. We have since moved to a new (nationwide) company and came across a possible business destroying issue with my husbands Microsoft Outlook. We worked with our current company's IT department (a staff of 9) and made it all the way to the top of the chain with our issue and were ultimately told that there was nothing they could do and we had essentially 'lost' about 90% of his contacts built over the past 10 years. That was when my husband said "I know who could fix it - Marcus. He can fix anything!" So we called Marcus (A Better Network) and explained our issue and he logged right into the computer and fixed it in about 30 minutes!! What a relief! We will never loose A Better Networks number. We can't thank them enough and would recommend their services to anyone at anytime for anything!

Verizon was unhelpful but recommended LML Repair. They were able put on a temporary screen so that I could backup all of my data/pictures at no charge. They were awesome and so helpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! O STARS!…read more I brought my samsung s24 ultra in with a cracked screen. I wanted to get the data transferred to another phone. I was told they could replace the screen for relatively cheap and I would be able to sell or trade it in, although the screen would not be quite as good as original. I was told it would take about a day or 2. I was suddenly called out of town on business for a few days. A week later they said a mid tier screen would work fine, but not quite as well as original. I was ok with that. Another week later I picked it up and paid $180. I got home and got the data transferred from it. I turned it off. It never worked again. Apparently they installed the cheapest screen which still should have worked. I should have known when he had to soft reset it while I was standing there. They wouldn't refund my payment and tried to get more money to repair it correctly. Here are some excerpts from our text conversation. LML repair, I tried replacing the screen flex cable in order to get the screen working. However it looks like the touch capability won't be returning on this screen. If you would like to have it replaced again we can do that at a discounted rate Well, no. That would be at your cost. I already paid you to repair it and you didn't. Sir it was repaired and working upon pickup. No, actually, it wasn't. You had to soft reset it even to turn it on while I was standing there. Soft resetting a newly replaced screen is completely normal. I made it clear to you the difference in screen quality and you still opted for the lowest quality screen. I made it clear that it could cause issues and problem. Now if you would like, the best I can do is install another screen at no labor charge, but you would have to cover the part cost. Actually, you talked me into buying a screen that you said was a level better than the lowest quality and that it wouldn't be great to sell, but would work well enough for a trade in. I don't feel I should have to pay anything extra to have you take care of what was originally requested without any online reviews. How much are you talking about for partial cost? I said that if you are looking to sell the device, the lowest quality screen would not be sellable. The mid tier screen is $120. Low quality screen is $60. Original screen is $220.We only use the low quality screen for trade in or data transfer purposes. This situation is why we don't recommend using the low quality screen, you still opted for it. I really don't mean to be difficult and I feel this is a fair resolution. That may be what you put in there, but I did request the mid tier screen. It's not that much money, but it's bad business.
