If you like spice, get it. The real reason I'll be back, though, is the wild boar tacos. I love wild boar, and you almost never see it on a menu, so I ordered it the second I saw it. They come topped with guacamole, pineapple pico de gallo, and habanero peppers. The richness of the boar, the creamy guac, and the sweet pineapple against the habanero heat all worked together perfectly. Easily some of the best tacos I've had in the Hudson Valley. Great beer, bold food, and a menu willing to take chances. If you're doing a Beacon brewery crawl, make Draught Industries a stop. And come hungry.
