Believe the reviews about being ghosted!!…read more I called to request a quote, and a woman answered, mentioning she was driving but agreed to stop by around 10 AM back in April. I had a strange feeling when no one showed up. I called to follow up, she answered, but suddenly claimed she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back, but there was no answer. I also sent a text message, which was ignored. I had rearranged my morning and waited, only to be ghosted with no explanation. If my job wasn't a good fit, a simple message or call would've been appreciated. Ignoring potential clients is not only unprofessional, it's just bad business. Thankfully, I reached out to a previous landscaper who showed up as promised.

He has strong arborist knowledge and is hands-on, so you're talking directly to the person both knowledgeable and responsible for the job. The job involved removal of two dead 60 ft high oak trees in awkward locations, and some tree limbs that needed to go, especially as a storm was forecasted in coming days. They completed the work within just a few days of the estimate and were professional, careful, and well-equipped. They lowered pieces carefully with ropes, cut the stumps super low, and did an excellent clean up. Communication was excellent with quick responses by email or phone. I'd definitely use them again.

Jay and his team were just wonderful!…read more They removed a large maple tree on my property that had been killed by bugs, so the branches started falling. Took less than a week from quote to finished product! While they were here, the team also trimmed branches off a tree that was overhanging our roof (but still very much alive). The team hauled away all the debris too! I would highly recommend for your tree care needs.

I needed a large maple tree removed from my backyard and our tight gate opening didn't allow for…read morelarger machinery. Went with Lopez Landscaping since they had the smaller equipment and manpower to get the job done. The tree was quickly removed but it was a 3 star maybe 3.5 star experience because of the additional work needed to coordinate everything. The good: - competitive quote and they were able to come by quickly to assess the work - flexible in bringing equipment that worked with tight openings - main tree removal was done in 5 hours - removed paver stones so they wouldn't be damaged by machinery - friendly and professional. They accommodated a special request to cut a section for a table The bad: - rescheduling was a huge pain. We had to go back and forth for 3 weeks and I had to proactively follow up to confirm if they were coming - unable to grind the stump as part of the initial quote so had to pay another $400 for them to come back with a different machine - never got an invoice despite asking for one multiple times To summarize, this seems to be a nice family business that has experience removing trees quickly. However, it doesn't appear there is a back office that keeps everything organized so you're going to have to do a lot of work to stay on top of things.
