Rayellye and the Team at HPH Tree Service did an excellent job. They provided a quote the day after I contacted them and got the quote in my hands the day after the visit. The team removed a hazardous tree on my property, trimmed another, and cleared out all the stumps that made mowing challenging. They worked efficiently and safely, using a bucket lift, chipper, and stump grinder. They had a team of landscapers cleaning up all the debris, so I didn't have any raking to do afterward. I would certainly recommend them, and plan to use them again if I need more work done in the future. read more

Believe the reviews about being ghosted!! I called to request a quote, and a woman answered, mentioning she was driving but agreed to stop by around 10 AM back in April. I had a strange feeling when no one showed up. I called to follow up, she answered, but suddenly claimed she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back, but there was no answer. I also sent a text message, which was ignored. I had rearranged my morning and waited, only to be ghosted with no explanation. If my job wasn't a good fit, a simple message or call would've been appreciated. Ignoring potential clients is not only unprofessional, it's just bad business. Thankfully, I reached out to a previous landscaper who showed up as promised. read more

No show after a few text messages. Gave address etc and he never bothered to come by to give me a quote

All around an amazing experience with HPH!! I highly recommend! They cut down a 30-40' tree that was close to falling over into my neighbors yard and left my yard cleaner than when they started! They were knowledgeable, fast, safe, excellent pricing, and so accommodating - definitely call them if you need tree service. read more

I reached out to a few places. Some tried to give me outrages prices and others took long to answer. HPH Tree service was quick in responding, professional and provided expedited service. They provided proof that the job was complete and the price was amazing. They took the trees and cleaned up leaving the space nice and clear. I would highly recommend. I usually don't do yelp reviews unless I am super impressed. read more

Called for an estimate, they answered right away. Made an appt. for an estimate. She called and re-scheduled for the next morning due to bad weather, no problem. The next morning she never showed up and didn't even bother to call me....this company "ghosted" me. I would certainly NOT recommend this company. read more

I hired HTR Tree company to cut down nine plus trees, clean up debris and relocate large boulders. The business relationship started well; the company staff arrived on time to start the job. Things were going well, and communication ( despite the non-English-speaking workers ) was okay. Unfortunately, I paid the company 7,000 for a job they still need to complete. They were to return to remove a bush and relocate several boulders as agreed upon. I have reached out to the company from May 22,-June 23 to have them complete the job they were paid for. Rayelle has given me excuses weekly and has yet to show up to complete the job. The company gave me a date of June 16 23 to complete the job; unfortunately, they were a no-show -no call and have not returned my message since that date. Please be aware Only Pay in Full once the job is complete. The company will blow you off once they are paid in full. read more

We had a 100ft dead pine. Team showed up at 12 and finished by dark. Everything was cleaned nicely. Team takes their jobs seriously and works hard. My highest recommendation! read more

I needed a large pine near my driveway removed due to extensive carpenter ant damage. I received quotes from five local tree removal services. HPH's estimate was timely and fair. We opted to use their service. Rayellye and her team were excellent! She communicated with me throughout the entire process. They were on time and the quality of their work was tremendous. I left for work shortly after they arrived and came home three hours after they left. Other than the tree being gone the only other sign they were ever there was the additional landscaping they did in the area surrounding the tree. If we ever need another tree removed from the property, we will absolutely do business with them again. Thank you! read more

Rayellye and her team were fantastic. We had several large trees removed from our yard and the team was quick, worked hard, showed up on time, and was very nice and accommodating. I also greatly appreciate how clean my yard was afterward. I would highly recommend and use HPH Tree Service in the future. read more

I've contacted HPH Tree Service 3 or 4 times at this point. The first time was a phone call but the owner was driving and told me to text her. I texted her my details and said I would like to setup a time for her to come by and look at a tree in my yard. She didn't respond, which is fine, and I followed up the next day. She then texted back she could probably stop by that upcoming weekend. The weekend came and went, no sign of HPH Tree Service. I then texted her on that Monday to see if it was still a possibility for someone to stop by. It has now been three days since that text and I have received no response. I feel like I'm bending over backwards to use this company and they are just ignoring me. read more

All that I can say is A-mazing! Great professional caring company that did an amazing job at a competitive price and left my yard as neat as a pin after cutting down 2 big trees and a large limb. Seriously, not even a twig left behind. You can definitely can tell they take pride in the work they do and love doing it. read more

HPH did a great job removing a tree that uprooted and landed in my yard and on my deck. They showed up on time, worked diligently on the task, raked up and cleaned up all of the debris from the fallen tree. Highly recommend this company. Affordable prices, quick to get the job done. read more

HPH Tree Service did a great job for us at a reasonable price. When they came to give us our estimate, they noticed a giant limb on one of our trees that had cracked away a little from the rest of the tree (that we hadn't even noticed yet) and it looked like it would go down (onto our neighbor's property) with the next heavy wind. They were able to move other jobs around and come take it down 2 days later which was a huge relief. They did such a great job cleaning up, you couldn't even tell that they'd been there. read more

Home in North Attleboro with many tall oaks in need of clean-up and trimming and had an overgrown hilly area in back that needed to be cleaned out. Their price was good, had good reviews and they could get to work in a weeks time. Excellent choice! Got here on schedule, they got everything done that we had agreed to. The company owner was onsite and she suggested a couple of additional things that really attention which she took care of with no added charge. The men on her team really knew their business and got it done quickly and safely and cleaned-up when done. I highly recommend HPH Tree Service. read more
