Gave me a quote I excepted and was ghosted. No reply to emails sent for follow up. Poor ownership and customer service.

D&L did a great job, prompt and efficient. I did not get multiple quotes, but their price was less than what I was expecting to pay. Very professional, I highly recommend this company, and would not consider calling anyone else in the future. read more

I called these guys because Bogan was booked up till July and it's still May. They were able to come out on Wednesday after I called them on a Friday to remove five trees and trim back a massive 75 foot tree growing into my house. They had the most competitive pricing of the five quotes I got and they did clean work and got completed in a half day's time. Dalton and his son John came and John did most of the talking. They had a crew of four people total and everyone was nice and easy to work with. They don't seem to answer the main number posted to Yelp, but the message states to call a different number to schedule work to be done and they called back within ten minutes with the scheduling number. Overall I'm really happy with the work done and I'm glad my widowmakers are chopped down and removed from the property. read more

A very affordable and well equipped tree service. This team really impressed me with all aspects of a very large tree removal in a tight area around power lines. They are calculated in their approach, safe and cognizant of the property and its surroundings. I would recommend them, as they were the top pick for my budget. read more

Great tree removal service! Sometimes I can be a petty person and when I complained about something pretty petty. The owner of D & L came back and he overcompensated. Excellent customer service! I'm recommending his company to everybody I can. My trees were removed promptly, professionally and it didn't Break the bank. read more

D&L Tree Service - Before the corner was cleared out. - Tree Services Near Me - Randolph, Massachusetts

Removing our 40' maple was not without logistical challenges; the tree was in close proximity to our house, fence, gas line, water main, and electrical wires. John & his team from D&L got the job done! Quickly, safely, meticulously, and professionally!! I also want to add how touched & impressed I was that this family-owned business went above & beyond to work our 2.5-year-old daughter's nap schedule into their work schedule so as to not disrupt her sleep!! I highly recommend D&L and would definitely hire them again!! read more

Great guys! Great work! Affordable! Appreciate your help. Thanks! Highly recommend them.

Spot on. Showed up on time for the estimate and priced it very competitively. On the day of the gig they showed up right on time- again, and did an awesome job (dropping several big 60 foot trees close to my house) over the course of one day. Once done, they cleaned up nicely. The team is very risk averse and proceeds with great caution to accomplish what was promised. Strongly recommend. read more

By far the cheapest out of 4 quotes including 1 quote that was supposed to be a discount. Great team that came in and took out 2 trees and trimmed 2 others. read more

Great price. Great cleanup. Prompt and courteous treatment. Willing to work with budget.

Dalton and his crew arrived on time, set up, and quickly went to work. They trimmed high branches (45-50') using a lift-truck. The work went fast, and within minutes of each branch hitting the ground it was fed into the chipper. I recommend this company because they were proactive in communicating, did a great job at a reasonable price and cleaned up after themselves. read more

Great job! I had two dead pines tucked behind my shed and packed amongst other trees, and D&L removed them with excellent technique. The work area looked pristine when they were done. Pricing was competitive, they quickly gave me an estimate and scheduled the appointment. read more

Great work! Highly recommend! Reliable, fast and friendly. Removed a huge tree for me and were very skilled with the crane.

Amazing that these guys can climb the highest trees while they cut and trim. Very knowledgeable about their work. They explain everything they are doing, the accomplish what they say they will, they respect the customer, and they clean everything up magnificently well. Easy to work with, prices are lower than their competitors, and they are real professionals. read more

EXCEPTIONAL. Arrived early, ready with crew and ready to go. I needed one downed 50'+ pine tree removed that crashed down over the driveway after a wind storm. Plus 5 more pines between 70 to 90 feet that were at risk of hitting the house if they fell. Amazing work. 3.5 hours later all trees were felled, branches cut and chipped, and the trunks loaded and ready to go. Had one man harnessed and roped to go up over 70 ft. up with a chain saw to secure and cut the crowns off the pines. Skilled and brave. Cleaned up everything. Not even a stray pine needle left anywhere. The chipped branches and trunks were going to either sustainable hround cover or repurposed into low grade lumber, so no waste (and a few extra dollars for the hard working crew). Plus a generous stack of wood for my fire pit. This company is now my go-to arborist going forward. Finally, they were better-bidders, under two competitors by $2,000 and able to get the job done sooner and faster. If you need tree work done, D&L are the guys to get it done. I repeat: EXCEPTIONAL. read more

I've hired Dalton and his crew twice now. They have proven to be reliable, professional, skilled and meticulous. I had 4 trees cut down. They were located up on a ridge that abutted my driveway. Two of the trees were quite massive. They arrived on time and within 3 hours it looked as though the trees were never there...minus a low stump. These guys are hardworking. They return calls and messages and want the work. Many tree companies leave you hanging or overcharge. Not Dalton and his gang. I highly recommend D and L Tree Service. read more
