Excellent experience! I called Mass Bay Tree for a quote and Jarrod came out promptly when he said he'd be out. I think as most of us have experienced, that is not always the case. He took a look at what I wanted to do and gave me an excellent quote. He didn't pressure me into agreeing to terms and let me know his quote was good for 10 days. I called the next day to move forward with the project and wanted to get on his calendar and get him a deposit. He came by that day to get the check, do the paper work, and get me on the calendar. The Mass Bay crew came out in less than a week after signing the contract. They were clean, efficient, and worked well as a team. Jarrod even gave my daughter a sweatshirt! You would have no idea the crew was even here with how quiet they were and how they cleaned up afterwards. I have already recommended Mass Bay Tree to all of my friends looking for similar work. What a great experience we had with Jarrod and his crew from Mass Bay Tree! After removing and cutting up a tree up on my property, and placing the tree into the woods per my request, the crew returned a couple of weeks later to remove the tree from the woods upon a neighbor's request, as it was unclear (without surveying) upon whose property the tree remains were placed. As it was a rainy day when the tree was removed, Jarrod's team also returned to fill in with soil ruts made by the truck, and that was appreciated by all!
