There are so many beautiful, high-quality pieces (writing desks, curio cabinets, a really cool grandfather clock) I wanted to take home, but I had to restrain myself and stick with my mission...a new couch. We found a gorgeous, oversized, squishy, comfy loveseat with 4 oversized, squishy, comfy pillows and this thing has some weight to it. A nice, solid piece of furniture. I also gave in and grabbed an absolutely gorgeous set of desk lamps that look like flowers. There were a couple of other couches I really liked and each came with a matching chair but this loveseat was just way more than I was even expecting to find. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop.

BE ALERT. IF YOU'RE HAVING AN ISSUE, CALL FOR BACKUP. Then the woman who came up to help, was just so out of it. She could care less that we were there. After the transaction, as she handed me my change, I politely said, thank you, to which she replied your welcome. NOT THE CORRECT RESPONSE. They broke a lamp that was in the family and for decades and was given to my wife from her mother. Over the bed there is a ceiling fan with four lights if I wasn't there they would have destroyed that also. The adjustable base wasn't adjusted properly and they had to take the mattress off again to lower the legs on the base. A blind man could see that the base wasn't adjusted properly. The demo was pretty much useless because the two guys could barely speak English well enough for a person to understand what they were saying. So no demo. Called Bobs to complain and they never got back to me. I should have gone to Ashley Furniture.

Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

The Maine store has consistently impressed me with its friendly, helpful staff and great service. Unfortunately, my experiences at the Salem location have been quite different. The store itself is gorgeous, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I've visited three times, and despite the store not being busy, no one greeted me or offered assistance. On my most recent visit, I waited at the checkout while one employee helped another customer. Several others saw me waiting but made no effort to help. When I was finally assisted, the staff member's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. I ended up going to Crate & Barrel in Burlington instead, where I was warmly welcomed and received thoughtful decorating advice.

The store was remarkable in the sense it is smaller yet almost every office set up you might want seems to be on display. It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. It came in about 3days. Perfect response from a business. I am so impressed I will had Joe's to the list we have of business's we provide to the residents of our association. If you are looking for that desk or chair or anything for your office-I cannot recommend them enough. An outstanding local business.
