I said ok since I wanted that particular nightstand to match our bedroom set. After 9 weeks I called to inquire about the status only to have a voicemail from Liz telling me that the nightstand didn't come in and "I am going to have to ask you to order it somewhere else." She obviously didn't order it. She could at least have apologized and offer to order it then. I did order it from AFA Stores at a huge savings and it was delivered to my home in excellent condition free of charge! "No, you don't have a right to cancel after 15 hours , you signed a contract. You must keep the item." WOW! Yes, I objected, "YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT" My wife tried to talk to the charming customer service woman representative who kept interrupting her and talking over her. Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!
