I had an entirely non functional drawer when the refrigerator was packed to the gills. I spent an hour on the phone with Thermador only to have a work order sent to Bartles. I called them and found out that they don't actually service my area. And they had been trying to rectify this with Thermador for years. I explained my plight, even though I knew they could not help. They could not come to my area. She offered to FaceTime or use video exchange with her service guy to help me. At no cost. Just a kind person helping out somebody in a difficult spot. I ended up being able to fix it on my own and they didn't collect a penny . That tells me who these people are.
