Chicken Kutulayti (half plate)

Been going for years and it's soooo good. I usually get the chicken kutulayti (breaded chicken pieces over rice) or chicken sukkar (sautéed chicken over rice). Both are amazing and you get a ton of food too. Their ranch is also super addicting. Great halal / Somali spot!

This place was fantastic! No pork on the menu as it's run by some very wonderful Somalis(I think). Not just a greasy spoon, the ingredients are quality and their slightly different take on the dishes is awesome. Go here for breakfast! The only thing you might be disappointed with is that you might be the only people in the place when you go. They're a new business so hopefully people will realize this gem is here shortly. Fresh squeezed OJ and very well made Peace coffee are enough to get me to come back.

Red Curry Chicken - delicious and just the perfect sauce to rice ratio.

The food was but the customer service made the food rating go down , need to hire better service workers.

The restaurant is quite large and super cute. We were greeted and seated right away. The walls have fun little things written in chalk and it is very bright and cheery inside. We received the menu and waited a bit before our order was taken. We did not need to wait long for our food to arrive. My daughter and I ordered the same thing with slight variations--Two Eggs, Potatoes, and Toast. I chose the Hen Potatoes which were amazing! Tender on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside--not greasy at all. My daughter had the hash browns, which were just as good--not greasy, but perfectly crisp and flavorful. The seven grain toast and jam were great and our scrambled eggs were cooked just how we like. My daughter also ordered a fruit cup, which was filled with a bigger variety of fruit than she expected and she loved it. I ordered a side of bacon and it was delicious. While the food wowed us, our service was just okay. She was polite enough, but did not check on us until we were well into our meal. Thankfully, we didn't need anything. Our check and my payment were dealt with promptly, which we appreciated. We also ordered a caramel roll to go and were very glad we did. Super tasty and not overly sweet. If you are in the area, stop in. You will not regret it. The prices are higher, but it is worth every penny. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area.

Sandwich as a whole was yummy. Crispy hashbrowns on the outside, the inside were tender Farmer's Wife Omlette fluffy but the bacon is too thick, so it's not crispy, i ended up not eating it the toast was burnt, i passed on that as well Staff are very friendly but note it gets busy

Looked so good!! Fresh orange juice is a huge bonus. What I am used to in Mexico and love!! Ordered simple egg, 2 meats and hash browns. Eggs looked fresh and tasted good. Bacon was thick but next time will ask for a bit crunchy. Hashbrowns were browned crispy. I had pancakes added for a small price as pancakes and french toast is a specialty they are known for. Light and tasty and they have "MN maple" which was delicious. I will come back again and try a Mexican breakfast burrito. I feel like that is going to be my go to. Counter service was excellent. Seasoned well, the amalgamation of beef, black beans , radachio, cheese, what I think is basmati rice and bell pepper works It's served with a sour cream and a creamy hot sauce on the side...I was also offered ketchup (OMG Minnesota eww) I turned it down.

Everytime I've tried something here, I get a stomach ache for couple days, especially their old tasting desserts. 1st time stomach I thought it was just a fluke. Third try & 3 stomach aches later from the same place here & you're out of my books lol. Never again, No clue how this place has any business. I'm so glad more places have opened up in NL. Especially the Bellecour restaurant, the desserts there are 1000x better than the days tasting old crap that is served here at SnS. The interior is gorgeous, however, the entire establishment is a 0/10. I would not recommend this place to anyone. What an embarrassment this place is serving bad food to patrons. I recommend spending money at Porzana, Bar La Grassa, Bellecour... anywhere but here. This place is a joke for food. So embarrassing!
