I was appreciative to get in on short notice for an inspection as they are first come first serve and I called on a holiday afternoon for an inspection. While I was not in long, I did have to ask several times for a quote to correct the issue needed to pass inspection. I initially was told I would be given a quote at cash out and that did not happen. I called back after leaving and was told I'd hear back as the dealership might be closed. I called dealerships myself with no issues being able to order parts even on the holiday. When I called the next day, willing to arrive within 15 minutes once they provided a quote, I was told they'd call the dealership and get back to me. I still days later have no quote and went to another garage that was able to handle the job for $400 less and complete the inspection.

John W, the manager at Midas, failed me for my inspection. Their reason for doing so was the sidewalls of my tires. John then told me that if I go anywhere else I'm not gonna pass since unless I buy new tires. He explained to me, no other mechanic would pass this car, even went as far as saying he wouldn't put his daughter in the car.
