The work that I asked for was completed quickly, but also flawlessly in order to match the existing cabinetry that was not being touched. It was also completed for cheaper than any other cabinetry company I contacted. In addition, Sem and his colleagues saw that a paint job adjacent to where their work was being done (that had been completed by different contractors several months previously) was flaking and peeling. They offered to repair the previous contractor's work (and also helped me get a refund from the previous contractors!) so that it would completely match what had already been done in the kitchen (see BEFORE and AFTER paint fix images attached). I was so impressed and so floored that Sem would go above and beyond to help me fix a problem that they never created. Wow. I will definitely be using Vintro cabinets ANYTIME I need work done. After completing the project and later comparing with other options, it became clear that the pricing was not aligned with the level of quality we received. The paint has started rubbing off within a year, the drawer hardware feels very low quality (mostly plastic), and the drawers did not close properly from the installation. The drawer slides and soft-close mechanisms are low quality, feel cheap and unreliable, and the slide system doesn't function properly. With our prior Ikea drawers, which had metal throughout, that was never an issue. These are fundamental issues that should not occur at this price point. Support was also a challenge. Communication felt defensive, and we had to follow up multiple times just to get someone to come out for fixes. Based on our experience, we would not recommend JV Cabinets. There are other providers offering solid wood cabinets with noticeably better build quality and finish for similar, or lower cost.

My house was built in 1962 and most of my bathroom components were original. I wanted to have both…read morebathrooms remodeled because they were both very ugly and depressing. I had several contractors stop by to give me estimates - a lot of contractors were very sloppy in their estimates, telling me they would give me a bathroom in five days or asking me to buy all the supplies, etc (as if I would know what to get), or telling me they can do it for $5k without permits. Anywho, Ivan from Vitex stopped by and asked a lot of questions on what kind of vision I had, and when I did not know an answer, he made suggestions. For example, he suggested I add a shower light - that's something I did not think of at all - and also pointed out things that were required for code upgrades, etc. The entire process was very transparent. After I received the quote, I met Ivan at the warehouse in Rancho Cordova and he helped me pick out the tile for the wall and the floor. Again, I'm clueless and he made the right recommendations that made sense. The crew arrived on day one and these guys work hard and other than their lunch breaks, they don't stop until the end of the workday. The workers were very pleasant and diligent. Very friendly. I really enjoyed having them here and they did excellent work. Once they were done, I proceeded to hire Vitex for bathroom #2, which involved removing a jet tub to build a walk in shower. This time I worked with Arthur, who was also excellent and the same worker crew. They did an excellent job with that bathroom, as well. What also helped was being in touch with Victor, the owner, via group text to keep me up to date on the project, etc. Also, for anyone doing their due diligence, Vitex is fully licensed and the work they did passed the City of Sacramento's inspection, so these guys are legit. From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. After reading all of the 5 star reviews on QC, I requested more information through Yelp. Marty contacted me within a couple of hours and we discussed my project. I recently moved into a brand new home and I wanted a custom wall unit for my office. The wall unit consisted of shelves, cabinets, and a desk. I wanted the wall unit to be integrated into the wall and appear as one piece. I looked at other companies (garage or closet organizers) and their product offerings all appeared to be modular. After Marty looked at my office, he sketched out the wall unit after taking multiple measurements then produced a quote. The price was reasonable so we negotiated a contract and I made a down payment. We agreed to an end of January delivery and installation date. Marty delivered the wall unit well ahead of schedule on January 8. He did the installation with his helper Nic who was very polite and professional. The installation appeared to go without a hitch which is what I expected from a craftsman with close to 60 years of experience. I highly recommend Quality Craftsman for anyone seeking high quality wood work products such as cabinets, desks, or furniture. I have attached a picture of the wall unit that I now have to decorate.
