I have done about three projects with this company and whenever I did have any problems like most recently my closet fell to the side. This company was very responsive and fixed it. Or I had a broken door and they fixed it right away! So kudos for that as I trust this company and its word of lifetime warranty. Only thing I did not deduct any stars for and I am still waiting is, I wanted to do other projects and they still haven't called me back with estimates after measurements?! Russ was 100% professional and listened to my concerns and needs and delivered a 5-Star experience all the way. It's poor practice to require customers to wear face masks when the employee doesn't! Visited this location and we were welcomed by nothing more than rude and reluctant customer service by an employee who is clearly beyond wearing a face mask. Disengaged and appearing more irritated and bothered than helpful, we decided to leave and never return to this store. Any purchases we are making will be done elsewhere. Highly suggest requiring your staff Wear a mask and possibly partake in an attitude check. read more

***Review Update 12/6/15*** Apparently the management at We're Organized does monitor Yelp, so following my original review, they finally contacted me to schedule an appointment for an in-home estimate. The reason for the delay was not addressed at that time. Ray, the estimator, showed up to the appointment on time as scheduled. He was very courteous and professional, spending about 90 minutes with us. We discussed our storage needs and what options are available and he also answered our questions about epoxy flooring. Before he left, he drew up a quick design to approximate what could fit in our space, which is a bank of full length cabinets on one side of our inside garage wall. (**It should be noted that we found out later that day from another company's estimator that this configuration presents a potential problem for entering/exiting a car parked in the space next to the cabinets because of the restricted clearance taken up by the depth of the cabinets, which was never brought to our attention during this visit.**) It was also explained to us at this time, the reason for the delay in getting us scheduled for this visit, which as expected, was essentially blamed on their office staffs' poor communication. I was also asked to re-consider this Yelp review for them, which I have done so appropriately. read more

Real happy with my experience with, We're Organized. Walked by that place all the time in the Palladio on my way to Orange Theory. Alex came out and gave an estimate for master closet, garage cabinets and garage floor. He was easy to work with and real helpful in planning everything out. I went with the master closet and garage floor to start and will add the garage cabinets later for sure. Love the floor from Epoxy Armor Systems, it was done in two quick days and looks great with the rest of the garage. The master closet was done a week later and that was done pretty quick too. Frank was great and easy to talk to. It was done the way Alex drew it up and looks better than I thought it would. Cleanup could've been a little better. Alot of flakes outside the garage door and on plugs in the garage. Quite a few nails and debris under the cabinets in the master closet but other than that, I'm happy that I went with We're Organized. Still planning to add the garage cabinets next year. read more

This year we got our closet done by them. We have been very Happy with the install. It saves us so much time to keep it organized. It is pretty sturdy too. We had got our garage cabinets done by them a few years back and they did a pretty good job on that too. I only wish we had more drawers done. read more

While his bid was higher than another garage cabinet company I had come out to evaluate our garage storage, Ray of We're Organized provided an excellent and detailed 3D drawing of his plans and gave a reasonable bid on the spot. He was able to work w/ me on the price and, as a bonus, got the cabinets installed within a week - that was critical to our new home move-in. The installation crew did a great job and had a 10 cabinets installed within 2 hours. They cleaned up completely after their work, and they had arrived early for the appointment. Their garage cabinets appear to be of superior quality and have great capacity using 12 gallon containers - we can get 15 of those into a single cabinet! I went to the were organized showroom in Palladio and really liked the cabinets, so I called and made an appointment. I received a text that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I called the number and left a voicemail to call me back to reschedule-nothing. Wondering now if I should use this company. The answer is yes! Joe Rawlings from We're Organized immediately called me, scheduled an appointment that Friday for a time that accommodated my commute. He was there when I pulled in from work, took his measurements, then sent me his estimate. After meeting with other companies, this was the best estimate! My cabinets were installed Friday. They are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The installation crew was friendly, professional, on time, and efficient! If you can tolerate getting a great product, but not getting exactly what you want, then this is the place for you. Glen came out and measured and drew up plans, and it went great! The day of our install came and we loved the product, but the installers wouldn't install them they way we designed them. I wanted space at the top for storage, they gave me space at the bottom. We live in Incline Village, Nevada, and had a broken closet door panel caused by slamming it shut with an object protruding. Joe responded quickly and provided an expert replacement of the door. He went out of his way to service our need and took steps to communicate and keep me informed as the visit was scheduled. We had we're organized do or 2 1/2 car garage floor and cabinets. Ray came out to measure and design for both the epoxy floor and cabinets. I wanted to get as much workbench space as possible but, we had a free standing utility sink to work around. Ray pointed out that we could incorporate the sink into the workbench to maximize space. They started the next morning. It was a two (half day each) day process for the floor. We could walk on the floor 12 hours after they finished on the second day and park inside after 36 hours. The cabinets and workbench were installed on the 4th day. We are very satisfied with the project. Great job !!! read more

The combination of the We're Organized cabinets with the Epoxy Armor Systems floors is a 10 star rating each! Joe with We're Organized is one of the nicest guys and so patient!! We started the garage project last year but because of all the prep work on our part (attic ladder, new shed, patching and painting the garage!! - this project got out of hand for sure!!), we had to keep putting both groups off because we weren't ready for them. Joe was also great about revising our plan as we changed our minds a couple of times about what we wanted the system to include. Well it's all finally done and we are beyond thrilled. We could live in our garage!! Joe even put baseboard trim around the garage walls because of the unevenness of the drywall. The cabinets are awesome!!! We have so much storage space now that even after moving in the garage still echos!! We also love that the cabinets are off the ground 6 inches. We can easily clean under them and don't have to worry about lizards or mice building nests under them like we did with our old cabinets which sat directly on the floor. I recently discovered We're Organized at its booth at the San Mateo County Fair. I set up an appointment with Ray Langes for an estimate and design for cabinet installation in my garage. Ray's advice was more than helpful. He helped make sure the design would work not only with my present garage configuration but also with a future change-out from a slab to roll-up garage door. The cost was well under quotes from two other companies. The cabinets arrived in under a week, and the two installers worked in concert like a well-oiled machine. I'm thrilled with the look and quality of my new cabinets. I highly recommend this company. I haven't written many YELP reviews but felt I needed to do it for We're Organized at the Palladio in Folsom. My home office had become nearly uninhabitable with all the binders, reference materials, etc from my consulting business. We stopped at We're Organized on the way to a movie at the Palladio. I am so glad that we did. Their representative, Alex, came out to our home and offered ideas-- and did some measurements. All I will say is that we didn't get garage cabinetry...it was good stuff for my home in El Dorado Hills. The price was good, the quality a great value, and the installation crew was very professional.. The drawers glide on ball bearings and have no problem with some of the heavy stuff like reams of paper that I have placed in them. The hinges are excellent and the overall fit was perfect. My next purchase from them will be garage cabinets....another mess that needs to be cleaned up after living in a house for 35 years. I cant wait. read more
