Silky, salty, spicy, smoky, cheesy and so comforting. Best I've ever had, by far. I would eat that again any day. Only real negative was they ran out of the beer on tap that I was drinking. The waitress was super friendly and understanding. And she discounted the beer because of it. For the food, we'd definitely come back. But the establishment needs a little work to clean it up.

Food was great (I had the local bison burger) and the service was friendly, efficient and quick. Had a custom Old Fashioned with some local rye whiskey and a local brew. Was a great night! Will definitely be back when we are next in town! Nice surprise for a small college town! Definitely recommend!
