Slooooooooooooowpotle. But they're getting a little better. The new online ordering restrictions mean you can't order from in line and cut everyone anymore...But it would cut it pretty close here. I don't know...Maybe it's the slower pace of life here? read more

Asked for gluten free option (just a spoon change and new container of food) were very unkind about it. My mom has a bunch of food allergies and this is the only place she can eat. Every other Chipotle does this for us!! read more

Online order was terrible. I ordered a dang quesadilla and they gave me a bowl. It obviously said quesadilla on the label I wanted a quesadilla. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Wooster, Ohio

The store was very dirty and always is when I visit. There were lots of open tables but they all needed wiped. Our food was eaten in store and still was cold. The flavors just are not what they used to be. The burrito we got was not even wrapped. The employee was struggling and no one helped them- they just watched a burrito not be wrapped and fall apart. The prices are so expensive and it's just not ever a good experience when we go. read more

This place sucks. Workers are a bunch of debby downers and act like the world is about to end once another customer comes in. If you do not like your job, then why do you still work there? Airheads. Workers here need to grow up. read more

literally had about half the amount of serving as other chipotle locations. literally paying full price for a half bowl. read more

Girl at the cash register was a complete joke! Was ride as hell when I asked for a cup for water. I didn't hear her tell me it was in the bag.. so I asked again and she talked shit about me as I walked away. Such a joke! Rude as hell and she should be fired. I would rate this store a negative if i could. read more

I love coming here every time. While it is always busy, they try their best to get people through and have great service. Sometimes the tables are dirty, but I've asked them to wipe down one for me when I wanted to stay and eat and they were happy to do so. Sometimes it is hard to get everything in a busy enviornment read more

worst chipotle I've ever been too and honestly don't know how certain people are still in charge, order said it would be done at 6:30 I waited at Chipotle for 45 minutes while the line moved faster than the people who ordered ahead. 0/10 read more

Again, Wooster fast food does not disappoint with incompetence. The guy running the register could not have a clue as to even probably what day it is. Why do they always put the dumbest people on the register which should be the quickest way out? read more

Management seriously needs to get this place sorted out.. we've had a multitude of bad experiences here, but the most recent was a complete mixup in our order, and we didn't get a refund!! Do yourself a favor reader don't waste your time & money at this chipotle. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and unprepared. This evening they ran out of white rice for dine in but had a TON prepared for the take out orders. They refused to use the rice from take out for our dine in order. Then they ran out of FORKS! But again, only for dine in. They had forks for takeout. What is this madness. Finally they undercooked our quesadilla, but that was the least of our issues. What a horrible establishment. read more

This is probably the worst chipotle I have ever been to in the country. I had a carnitas quesadilla with a giant hair stuck in the whole order. DO NOT EAT HERE. Go to the grocery store make your own food it'll probably taste better too. With the way the economy is there's no point in wasting money or time for food this is beyond sub par. Whoever owns this chipotle needs to massively step up and learn health code safety and procedures before they get someone sick with their incompetent workers. read more

The portions online vs in person are horrible. I get so much less when ordering online it's actually funny.

So not a big fast food fan, but they deliver. I ordered two burritos for my husband and I. Everything was good. Not an inexpensive meal, but it was flavorful . People need to be more understanding for fast food. It is not fast it is convenient. Two words do not rhyme and definitely do not mean the same thing. Chipotle is not Taco Bell where everything is made up in advance. It is assembly line food. You get what you pick not what is already made. Ours was good and I appreciate those who put it together and IT WAS DELIVERED hot. read more

Consistently out of veggies and dressing. One of the staff working the line could not be understood.

This location is consistently out of ingredients. So if you order online, and they are out of something, you just paid extra for absolutely nothing. And they don't offer to replace or refund. No thanks, I'll eat elsewhere. read more

The rice was WAAAY too salty. tried to call the store 2x to give them a heads up, but they never answer the phone. had to throw 2 meals in the trash! grrrrr..... read more

They were out of lids for the bowls so they used tin foil. There was no corn salsa left and they got several pieces of meat in my veggie bowl. They were training this guy and he was fingering the rice because it was chunky. I was charged $8.30 for a quesadilla and I think it was supposed to be around $4-5. This location is consistently running out of guacamole and other staples. A change in management is inevitable. read more

amazing place to eat. cheap and filling, great customer service, so delicious! it smells so good and is so convenient. can't wait to eat there again read more

You can't even walk into this location right now??? Online orders only, dumbest thing I've ever heard. Other Chipotle's are not doing this. A week or so ago when going through the line (inside the restaurant, wow how shocking!) they denied me a quesadilla because they can't make it unless ordered online. What kind of way is that to do business? Screw this place just go to Taco Bell right next door. read more

This Chipotle is usually pretty good. Sometimes they are out of vinaigrette a bit too often. But usually pretty great overall.

Not coming back here, came here to get a quick bite to eat with my cousin and when we went to order the lady helping us was hardly putting the correct amount of food in her bowl when she asked for a little more not extra she barely proceeded to put more in the bowl. I know the correct amount for I know a few people who manage for the company. When I stepped up to order she told me that I can only receive my order online and if I order in the store I can only get it as a kids meal. Every other store I've been to has no issue with my order being placed in store. I went next door and got taco bell instead. I was not going to stand there for 10 minutes waiting for an order that I have to place online. read more

In the past three weeks I have placed pickup orders and have been very disappointed. The first time i checked the bag to make sure I had everything and noticed they forgot my bag of chips. When I arrived at home with my food I had hardly any rice or cheese on my bowl. The bowl looked like someone had ate half of it. Then last night did another pickup thinking it would be better than that one time and it was worse. My double chicken was more like a few pieces and I asked for extra red chili sauce. Well again no sauce on it. I knew they did me dirty when I pulled the bowl out of the bag and it weighed nothing. read more

After having a discussion with Chipotle corporate they are making changes to the way they sanitize the red baskets we all know well. On November 12th around 8:30pm I saw an employee at the Lancaster OH location eating tacos and after he was done he returned his dirty unwashed red basket to the baskets next to the register and the next customer got that basket without it being washed or at least wiped with a sanitary towel which is the current policy. Soon they will be washing and sanitizing every basket after it has been used vs just wiping them with a towel. I am very happy with the action they are taking to keep us safer. read more

The staff is fairly accommodating when orders are not done right but in the last 5 times we have ordered online there are at least two issues with the order. Kids meal wasn't right, forgot the guacamole or the veggies on the salad or simply were out of something. Fortunately for them there are few options to do fast(ish) takeout in Wooster. Food tasted good and the staff is pretty nice or I probably wouldn't go back. read more

Pickup orders a 1/2 hour behind schedule. Quicker to get in line. Seems like the norm at this location.

Favorite place to go, very fast and easy!! The only bad thing is they can be stingy on guac sometimes so I always have to get two sides.

First off, I wanna start by saying that I consume chipotle at least 3 times a week. I've have been to this establishment 5 times in the last month, and every time was an utter disappointment. You would think that the employees pay for the ingredients out of their own pocket with the amount they give you. Absolutely mind boggling. Employees are nice tho. Never eat here, drive to canton instead. read more

I ordered a bowl with double carne asade and barely got any meat in my bowl, also wanted extra tomato salsa and was given very little. Not pleased with my order or multiple experiences at the location. read more

What's the point of putting a time on an online order if you are gonna make it in your own sweet time anyway? The point of online ordering and paying is to avoid waiting when you have a busy schedule. 30 minutes past our scheduled pick up time is unacceptable. Forcing us to prepay is essentially holding us hostage as you work on whatever schedule you feel like. Do better. read more

The first and only time I had ever eaten Chipotle prior to today was several years ago in Mansfield, way before Chipotle opened a store in Wooster. I have to say my first experience at Mansfield was only positive! Great staff, great food and my burrito was free because I was a first time customer! I have been wanting to try the Wooster location from the first day of business, but my health has prevented that. I've heard that the line can be long and I'm not able to walk or stand for very long. A family member offered to go pick up dinner for me tonight, I couldn't pass that up. To make things easy I decided to download the Chipotle app and use it to place my order. When I got to the point of checkout at 8:30 it gave me a pickup time of 9:45, I didn't think that was reasonable so I decided to forego placing my order on the app. I did however take a screen shot of my order and sent it to the person getting my food for me. They gave the picture of my order to the employee who waited on them. I ordered a Beef Burrito for my dinner tonight, I got a Vegetarian Burrito!?!?!? I ordered a Chicken Salad for my lunch tomorrow, I got a Vegetarian Salad!?!?!? It's so disappointing when any restaurant doesn't deliver what was requested! I mean really, that employee had just one uncomplicated job to do in those few moments. Sad thing is this would have been a much better review if they had delivered what was requested. It will be another very long time before I make another purchase from Wooster Chipotle! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - What I ordered vs What I got! - Mexican Near Me - Wooster, Ohio

The service at this location has completely deteriorated! Slow, and for the price you pay, the amount of food in each bowl was ridiculous. Almost hilarious! I'm not sure that they even remember the protein as there was so little in each bowl! Do not recommend this location! read more

Wow whats with the small meat drops ? I asked for more meat both times I was here and I have never done that before at any other location I have ever been. Literally a half scoop of steak or chicken for my bowl. Insane. I forgot to buy a drink and I was able to cut the line to get it and the staff was very helpful with that. The place was pretty clean too but the small portions are the reason I am rating 3 stars. Not good for the price it is. read more

Unfortunate experience tonight at Chipotle. I have had mixed experiences with ordering online from Chipotle. Once I ordered from work and when I went to pick it up my work friend's was there but not mine and I had to produce my receipt to prove I'd ordered. Another time my husband ordered double meat and his order had No meat. Today we tried again... when we arrived we were delighted to see they have two lines now... one which is dedicated completely to online orders! Unfortunately that line was a hot mess. None of the people working seemed to have a clue how to manage orders or create them. There were 7 or 8 people waiting for orders and in the 20 minutes we waited, I only saw them process 3 orders. After waiting 10 minutes past the time our food was supposed to be ready, we ended up asking for a refund and leaving because we had somewhere we had to be...i.e. food to go. It was terrible. Only bright spot was a young man with blond hair who was trying very hard to get everyone else back on track. read more

Don't recommend the Catering service! Ordered The Big Spread for 75 people and was very disappointed in the service we received! First off they didn't include any tortillas and napkins as well as very few serving spoons. Also were 20 min. late getting the food ready. Overall the food was great but service definitely lacking. read more

it's not always terrible, but the other night was ridiculous. i ordered a burrito online. i was told the pick up time would be 9:30 so i showed up at 9:30 and my order was not ready but i was told they were preparing it. in fact, they weren't preparing it. when i walked in there was one person in the line. they were preparing her burrito. then, they prepared burritos for at least 4-5 other people who came in after me while i waited on the burrito i ordered 50 minutes prior. all in all, i waited another 10 minutes for my burrito (which wouldn't have bothered me if it had been really busy when i walked in). it also wouldn't have been a problem if one of the morons wasn't walking around basically doing nothing. then i got home and discovered they messed up my burrito. i'd ordered it with guac on the side and they put it in the burrito and put a shit ton in it. one entire side was nothing but guac. ugh, i wish there was a Qdoba around here instead. read more
