The store was very dirty and always is when I visit. There were lots of open tables but they all needed wiped. Our food was eaten in store and still was cold. The flavors just are not what they used to be. The burrito we got was not even wrapped. The employee was struggling and no one helped them- they just watched a burrito not be wrapped and fall apart. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and unprepared. This evening they ran out of white rice for dine in but had a TON prepared for the take out orders. They refused to use the rice from take out for our dine in order. Then they ran out of FORKS! But again, only for dine in. They had forks for takeout. What is this madness. So not a big fast food fan, but they deliver. I ordered two burritos for my husband and I. Everything was good. Not an inexpensive meal, but it was flavorful . People need to be more understanding for fast food. It is not fast it is convenient. Two words do not rhyme and definitely do not mean the same thing. Chipotle is not Taco Bell where everything is made up in advance. It is assembly line food. You get what you pick not what is already made. They were out of lids for the bowls so they used tin foil. There was no corn salsa left and they got several pieces of meat in my veggie bowl. They were training this guy and he was fingering the rice because it was chunky. I was charged $8.30 for a quesadilla and I think it was supposed to be around $4-5. Not coming back here, came here to get a quick bite to eat with my cousin and when we went to order the lady helping us was hardly putting the correct amount of food in her bowl when she asked for a little more not extra she barely proceeded to put more in the bowl. I know the correct amount for I know a few people who manage for the company. When I stepped up to order she told me that I can only receive my order online and if I order in the store I can only get it as a kids meal. Every other store I've been to has no issue with my order being placed in store. I went next door and got taco bell instead. I was not going to stand there for 10 minutes waiting for an order that I have to place online. read more

In the past three weeks I have placed pickup orders and have been very disappointed. The first time i checked the bag to make sure I had everything and noticed they forgot my bag of chips. When I arrived at home with my food I had hardly any rice or cheese on my bowl. The bowl looked like someone had ate half of it. Then last night did another pickup thinking it would be better than that one time and it was worse. My double chicken was more like a few pieces and I asked for extra red chili sauce. Favorite place to go, very fast and easy!! The only bad thing is they can be stingy on guac sometimes so I always have to get two sides.

The staff is fairly accommodating when orders are not done right but in the last 5 times we have ordered online there are at least two issues with the order. Kids meal wasn't right, forgot the guacamole or the veggies on the salad or simply were out of something. Fortunately for them there are few options to do fast(ish) takeout in Wooster. After having a discussion with Chipotle corporate they are making changes to the way they sanitize the red baskets we all know well. On November 12th around 8:30pm I saw an employee at the Lancaster OH location eating tacos and after he was done he returned his dirty unwashed red basket to the baskets next to the register and the next customer got that basket without it being washed or at least wiped with a sanitary towel which is the current policy. Soon they will be washing and sanitizing every basket after it has been used vs just wiping them with a towel. I am very happy with the action they are taking to keep us safer. read more

The point of online ordering and paying is to avoid waiting when you have a busy schedule. 30 minutes past our scheduled pick up time is unacceptable. Wow whats with the small meat drops ? I asked for more meat both times I was here and I have never done that before at any other location I have ever been. Literally a half scoop of steak or chicken for my bowl. Insane. I forgot to buy a drink and I was able to cut the line to get it and the staff was very helpful with that. The first and only time I had ever eaten Chipotle prior to today was several years ago in Mansfield, way before Chipotle opened a store in Wooster. I have to say my first experience at Mansfield was only positive! Great staff, great food and my burrito was free because I was a first time customer! I have been wanting to try the Wooster location from the first day of business, but my health has prevented that. I've heard that the line can be long and I'm not able to walk or stand for very long. A family member offered to go pick up dinner for me tonight, I couldn't pass that up. To make things easy I decided to download the Chipotle app and use it to place my order. When I got to the point of checkout at 8:30 it gave me a pickup time of 9:45, I didn't think that was reasonable so I decided to forego placing my order on the app. I did however take a screen shot of my order and sent it to the person getting my food for me. They gave the picture of my order to the employee who waited on them. I ordered a Beef Burrito for my dinner tonight, I got a Vegetarian Burrito!?!?!? I ordered a Chicken Salad for my lunch tomorrow, I got a Vegetarian Salad!?!?!? It's so disappointing when any restaurant doesn't deliver what was requested! I mean really, that employee had just one uncomplicated job to do in those few moments. Sad thing is this would have been a much better review if they had delivered what was requested. Unfortunate experience tonight at Chipotle. I have had mixed experiences with ordering online from Chipotle. Once I ordered from work and when I went to pick it up my work friend's was there but not mine and I had to produce my receipt to prove I'd ordered. Another time my husband ordered double meat and his order had No meat. Today we tried again... when we arrived we were delighted to see they have two lines now... one which is dedicated completely to online orders! Unfortunately that line was a hot mess. None of the people working seemed to have a clue how to manage orders or create them. There were 7 or 8 people waiting for orders and in the 20 minutes we waited, I only saw them process 3 orders. After waiting 10 minutes past the time our food was supposed to be ready, we ended up asking for a refund and leaving because we had somewhere we had to be...i.e. food to go. It was terrible. Only bright spot was a young man with blond hair who was trying very hard to get everyone else back on track. read more

Don't recommend the Catering service! Ordered The Big Spread for 75 people and was very disappointed in the service we received! First off they didn't include any tortillas and napkins as well as very few serving spoons. Also were 20 min. late getting the food ready. it's not always terrible, but the other night was ridiculous. i ordered a burrito online. i was told the pick up time would be 9:30 so i showed up at 9:30 and my order was not ready but i was told they were preparing it. in fact, they weren't preparing it. when i walked in there was one person in the line. they were preparing her burrito. then, they prepared burritos for at least 4-5 other people who came in after me while i waited on the burrito i ordered 50 minutes prior. all in all, i waited another 10 minutes for my burrito (which wouldn't have bothered me if it had been really busy when i walked in). it also wouldn't have been a problem if one of the morons wasn't walking around basically doing nothing. then i got home and discovered they messed up my burrito. i'd ordered it with guac on the side and they put it in the burrito and put a shit ton in it. one entire side was nothing but guac. ugh, i wish there was a Qdoba around here instead. read more
