First time visiting since the new ownership and was excited to try the menu. We stopped by for lunch. Pros: Nice decor Outdoor seating available ample bar so many TVs! Cons: incredibly slow service - took more than 15 min. for us to be greeted and even longer for our food to come - we were there over 90 minutes for lunch with most of the time waiting for food to arrive had to ask for drinks to be refilled multiple times difficult parking there was no Romaine in my Caesar salad, which was odd. A mediocre restaurant. Very shady practices go on behind closed doors. Not only that, but the food is not good. Wait times are never appropriate & the staff is rude. Parking is bad & every visit I've endured has been bad. Aside from the poor restaurant itself, predatory behavior was once brought to owner attention by multiple witnesses & nothing was done to prevent it so I will not ever be supporting such an establishment. read more

Nice place, but nothing special. Ordered "hot" wings and they were big and juicy but served in a sauce that can barely be called "hot". Too much sweet butter and not enough Franks Hot Sauce. I placed a large order online for the next day for lunch. I then called in to see if I could change the pick up time. I spoke with the manager, Michelle. She was accommodating and she said of course and moved my pick up time to 11:30. When I arrived at 11:30 my meals were not ready. At 11:45, the general manger began to tell me that it was my fault that the order wasn't ready. That he has no control over the system and when it sends orders to the kitchen because I ordered thru door dash. Which I am not even sure how is possible because I ordered thru their the restaurants website. The fact remains no matter how I ordered, the OWNER allowed the change. I just had my first and my last experience at this restaurant, the service was horrible. The restaurant was not very busy but it took almost an hour to get 3 burgers and fries. I only partially blame the wait staff as I feel they did not encourage the kitchen enough. The food was okay once it finally arrived, I felt burger does a comparable job. My husband and I were looking for something open later than 9 PM and fairly fast. We stopped in at O'Brady's and had a great snack of shrimp and Chicken wings (boneless). Fries included, being older 70s and 80s, it was a good atmosphere and mostly families catching a late dinner. My husband being a veteran received 20% off. The shrimp was better than we had at a very expensive restaurant the night before, so we were happy. It isn't the name that makes the restaurant or the degree, it is the food and preparation. We have been here multiple times since opening. Food is always great! A few times,service was a bit slow, still better than other restaurants around. We have ordered the mix platter appetizer, burgers, chicken fingers, and even the loaded nacho appetizer. Everything was great! One time, the waitress mis heard my order, brought the wrong burger, she made it right. She submitted the burger and fries I ordered,expedited. Then boxed the wrong burger and fries to go.
