This place has the worst customer service I've ever had. There were 3 times that stick out the most. On one occasion, our server was too busy cleaning and trying to get finished with her stuff so she could go home to get us refills. We waited about 15 minutes for refills and I ended up getting it myself. Even after one of the other servers gave her a talking-to about that, she still continued to clean for about 5 minutes before ever coming over to our table to give us a fake apology. On another occasion, we ordered for take-out. We were told ten to 15 minutes. We got there around the time it should have been done only to wait an additional 25-30 minutes to finally receive our order. Not only was our food not done, one girl went to check on our order and never came back. My fiance ended up having to walk into the kitchen to get somebody's attention. When we finally got our order and I found out we had to pay full price for our order being 30 minutes late and the rude service, I went into the store to speak to a manager. There was no one at the counter to greet me, so I ended up having to walk back to the bar and asked the bartender to get the manager. Finally the manager came out and I asked her for a refund. She didn't seem apologetic at all but I did end up getting a refund. The most recent time, our server never came to check on us or to give us refills. She had 2 other tables she would check on and she completely ignored our table. While waiting for our refills, she proceeded to sit down with her friends in a booth about 8 feet away and have a good ol' time chatting away and not doing her job. She literally took our orders, gave us our drinks and food, and never came back. We complained to the manager about the service and all the other times we've had bad service there and he was very apologetic and gave us coupons. The current manager is very polite and listened to our problem and actually seemed to care. He informed us that they are going to be doing something about all the bad service because there have been lots of people complaining about it. I'm not sure if he was the general manager or a shift manager but I really hope he fixes the situation. Not every server there is bad. We've had some good ones but the bad ones really have an effect on your dining experience. On a positive note, the food is very tasty and the atmosphere is nice. It's a nice place to come hang out after work for wings and a beer or to hang out with friends. One thing I have an issue with is the tiny amount of sauce they put on their wings, but I just ask for extra sauce. Despite the sometimes awful service, I highly suggest eating here. read more

Writing as it's happening, waited exactly one hour from order and still no food. Beer refill took 11 minutes. I'd block out your whole day if you plan on attempting to eat here. Better yet, show up at opening if you want a chance at getting supper on time because they will seat and serve multiple tables around you before you even get your appetizer. read more

Waited more than an hour, food arrived cold, snarky, waitress no help, spoke to manager who didn't care. Said we could take it to go, but would have to pay for one sandwich. ?? Who wants to pay for cold food. Notice lots of tables waiting on food. One star because can't leave zero. read more

Ryan was amazing server. Our well done crispy wings and onion rings on a Sunday night were perfect. Abbey was cleaning everything. So the people being mean about here ate wrong. Thanks to you all for a nice w evening. read more

I'd never come here again. Service was absolutely terrible and slow. I watch a table sit there as 4 servers passed through a handful of times for well over half an hour and as I'm writing this they still haven't been waited on! Food was Mid and the host yelled at a child for no reason. The servers are too concerned about being in the BOH messing around rather than doing their job. read more

First night of our BFF road trip and wanted wings and beer! Roanda was a waitress and was such a delight to talk to. We started with a pitcher of beer and an order of Onion Rings. I love that beer batter flavor so much better than breading. We shared traditional wings with a mild bbq sauce. They were crisp, saucy, and sooooo good! When back in town, we will be back! read more

See all

I'm only in town for the week for a store opening! But I needed a quick bite to eat and decided here. I was actually quite impressed with how they checked my food in front of me for me to make sure it looked okay. I'm use to just grabbing and going but actually enjoyed how they handled things. I don't have much to say as I was only doing a pickup. But from just a first impressions basis I was thoroughly impressed. As someone coming from a big city to a quite smaller one! read more

When i sat down to enjoy a nice hot meal at buffalo wild wings, my waiter took my drink and then completely forget about me till i ordered and got our food about an hour later, slow service, wouldn't recommend read more

Well, this is the third time I have seen bww do something disgusting with food. This time, the server went down the line of waiting-to-be-delivered food, and lifted the bun AND the burgers themselves, to see what condiments were on them, so he would get the right one. It is so obvious, based the this and the other two things I saw, that there is no training of wait staff. You can't count on people having common sense anymore. I asked to see the manager, but he/she didn't even care enough to come talk to me. 3 strikes, bww.....YOU'RE OUT! read more

I want to shoutout Nick N, for being an amazing waiter we had a big group and he was just so awesome so if you go to this bw3's ask for Nick N!!! read more

Dreadful food served on plastic plates with like knives and forks. The service is even worse than the food. Saw a bartender sleeping while standing up. Then there's the more than occasional brawl started by two Neanderthals over some meaningless sporting event. Great place to bring the family. read more

As others say, it can really be "hit or miss" here. Results can vary greatly. Some workers here are cool, professional, and kind, while others are not. For example, my previous visit picking up my online order here included rather pleasant and professional restaurant workers. However, tonight when I picked up my order I encountered a rather vapid, yet somehow simultaneously particularly rude and discourteous restaurant worker. Extremely uninviting and unpleasant. read more

I've been coming to the Wooster, OH location for years and three things are always bad: management; customer service; quality of their wings. Tonight I placed a to-go order and the biggest, most expensive meal on the order was 15 Wild wings. We picked it and came home, and what was missing? $25 worth of those wings. We called them back and they (the manager) refused to refund or give any kind of discount. They told us our only option was to come back and pick them up. So, let me get this straight: you're in food service and you charge someone $25 for food that you fail to give them, and you refuse to make it right by giving a discount or refund of any kind? We were already home and sitting down to eat. And you want to tell me my only option is to come back and pick up those wings which have been sitting there for 20 minutes, and it will be another 20 minutes sitting there for me to come back and get them on top of of everyone else's food getting cold waiting on my meal? You fault your customers for your bad service? Got it. That's the last we will ever be ordering food from here, at least until things change. I gave them 2 stars only because there are one or two good servers that work there, they have a good selection of drafts, and a lot of TV's. In this industry, the customer comes first, but not at this location. read more

Horrible customer service! They had a gift card promo that I could use immediately. So, I bought them and was told by our server that we weren't allowed to use it. The manager was a real *itch as well. On the food size, the portions were small, the quality was average and the service was so-so. read more

I have unfortunately succumbed to the convenience of getting food for a family of 6 at one place for over a decade at this particularly BW3. It's rare, when dining in, that I leave this location in a good mood, but at least you're in their presence to help them fix their errors. Takeout is a whole other story. DO NOT GET TAKEOUT FORM THIS LOCATION. Not unless you like driving around to fix your order or to pick up items they missed. This particular evening, I arrived when the app said my food was ready. I was told 5 minutes. I waited 25. They use to check your food to make sure it was all there. But they've apparently decided to suck again. They didn't check the food and food was missing. But to make matters worse, and I didn't figure it out until I got home, the EMPLOYEES UP FRONT WERE INTENTIONALLY USING THEIR PHONES TO TIE UP THE BW3 PHONE LINES AND KEEP THEM BUSY. As a result, I couldn't call in to get my order fixed. I never understood why they were so fixated on their phones and leaving them face up on the the front counter in an obvious call. I'm done. read more

It's a good place and I love it. They manager is very good. Had a mistake with my order and I had called them and they helped out a lot. Sent me a coupon and a letter explaining there mistake and that they were sorry. Thank you so much. read more

Again, my biggest complaint is the price of a soft drink. I have a family of 6 and the cost of a soda is 2.99, That's robbery! I'm at 20 $ just to get drinks for my family. Service is something to be desired as well, the server was friendly, however, you had to flag her down to get anything! I wouldn't come back here as a family dinner joint! read more

The food was good but the wait is very unacceptable and took 2 hours to get our food it took so long it turned into free for all. So the manager was unhelpful when we asked about where our food was At? read more

One of the worst food place options in Wooster. Ive been four times in three years...I give up. I had wings boneless and regular both are undercooked. The chicken is always veiny/chewy. The fried pickles are way to grainy and gross. This place manages to always be entirely to slow to bring food out. The last visit my food made me sick not sure if it was undercooked or someone was just ill in the kitchen. The bar tenders are average and not extremely nice. I love the vibe inside, great decor and nice tvs across the dining rooms. I encourage you to go check out the place to watch a game or two but sip on a soda drink and just buy the sauces...cook your own chicken properly its way better! Oh there is one black server there he is pretty easy on the eyes and a very kind spirit. read more

I have been here for almost 2 hours, only 3 people in our party, haven't even gotten my god damn mozzarella sticks, let alone any of the wings, nobody was wearing a mask, and a server almost sneezed on me, I feel very unsafe and starving and wish it could not of been the way it was. read more

I had a good time great food, just a really small place and very loud normally I love bdubs. The server was nice the cooks did a great job. The host was alright. The draft beer was good I can say that. Like I said the food was good the new bacon boss burger was delicious it has bacon 3 wats in it. read more

This is a loud chain of a bar but a good place to go to watch a game or hang out with some friends. The boneless wings are good and the jerk sauce isn't everyone's thing but I love it. read more

So disappointed. $87 bill for three orders of brown boned frozen Tiny meatless wings & flat beer. Service was fine except it was obvious the meals & beverages were not up to par. No compensation was offered. Not that I have ever requested any before, but felt this to be as good of a reason as I have ever experienced. Used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I dont think I will be back. read more

Sorry I tried this BW3 again, Poor Service (or lack there of) is the only thing that is consistent at Wooster BW3. Long wait to be seated (even with 15+ open tables) long wait to order, food actually out in Fair amount of time, but have never had a dryer, grisslier, chicken breast in a restaurant, wings burnt, chicken in wrap tasted like old shoe leather, drinks refilled once in an hour...forever to get check, then snotty with us because we were in hurry to leave. Won't make the mistake of taking family here again. read more

Went here for some wings and a beer. It seems if you are going here for anything else than that, you might get royally screwed. My wings were on point, with the seasoning I had asked for and the sauce I wanted. The appetizer that had the garlic mushrooms were pretty good too. I had a few beers and ate all my wings and left. I came for a fight they were not showing that night but it was okay to chill and hang out for a few hours. The place got pretty busy at one point and it seemed like chaos. I wanted a drink and not seen my server in a long time so i just walked up to the bar and ordered one myself. Weird, but it worked. read more

This place used to be ok, seems lately they can't get orders correct. I ordered boneless Buffalo wings "wet' I get boneless wings that are half dry or void of sauce altogether. This has happened in the past. My wife took them back and the manager tried blaming it on her! How can a customer be at fault for dry wings? People just dont care anymore. We order takeout most of the time and that is when this happens. I guess they lost another customer. read more

Food was good. Service was beyond bad. They dropped our food off and never came back, I had to get up and get my own water from a pitcher at a side stand drink station. TERRIBLE. read more

The new menu sucks, it's hard to flip pages and keep them open. It's disorganized and seems a lot smaller then what the menu used to be. It was slow as hell, there's many tables open but it took 15 minutes to seat us. They didn't have an tablets available even though not many people were there. read more

Where do I start. So so bad. If I could give it zero stars, I would. My husband and I have eaten in the store once, and it was an okay experience overall. Food was meh, and it had more of a bar feel than a restaurant, but it was your standard chain restaurant experience - not terrible, but not great. On our second occasion, we called in an order for pick up. The person who took our order was not familiar with the menu at all, and we were placed on hold no less than THREE times for her to check if the kitchen could make something...that was on the menu. After placing our order, we drive down to pick it up, and there are 3 employees up front and not ONE person looks up or tries to help us. After waiting a few minutes for them to notice us, then politely saying "excuse me, I'm here for a pick up order," they deign to pause their conversation to grab our order from the kitchen. After we get home, we notice that all three of our orders are wrong: my brother's black and blue burger is actually a cold chicken sandwich with blue cheese and lettuce (what?), they gave us onion rings instead of fries, and my hummus plate is missing the hummus. Wooster has limited dining options to begin with, but we definitely wont be eating there again. AVOID unless you're there for the booze. read more

Service is terrible, food takes forever, and when the food comes out it's cold! Wings barely have sauce in them and they're over cooked. Only buy the bottled beer, draft beer is usually flat. The dining area is either too hot or too cold. This is just a terrible Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is desperate for new management. It's worth the drive to go to another location than the one here in Wooster. read more

The service was the pits, asked for unsweetened tea got sweet tea. Food Very little for price....my onion rings were 50 cents a piece. I love this restaurant. I go atleast once a week or order take out because the food is so good. My order always comes out the way I ask for it which is very specific. I enjoy going there for the food alone the cheese curds are the greatest however it's always jam packed and everything takes forever they need slot more servers and the food needs to come out quicker the last time we were there it was full and we just barely got a table we waited at least 30 minutes for our food and most of it was cold the wings had barely any sauce it's like what are you afraid you'll run out ? Over all I give this place a B for food a C for comfortability and D for service not be pure the staff is rude there just a little understaffed for the amount of people they get in read more
