Always a solid option. The milkshakes and fries are A++ Fries are freshly made, huge portions and you can get vinegar. They are literally the best fast food fries around. The milkshakes aren't huge, but a decent value and they do taste good. This is a very expensive fast food option. read more

First time at five guys ordered a M&M milkshake, but they never told me they didn't have M&M. So they proceeded with my order. They decided to give me a Oreo milkshake without asking or for my consent. This was much of a problem for me. I am gluten-free and cannot eat Oreos. This could've caused me to throw up or be in much pain. So I ended up having to order a new milkshake, while the employees were whispering, assuming about the milkshake. read more

I go into this establishment today and place an order for fries and 2 milkshakes. I then asked if I can have just an empty cup so that I can place the 2 milkshakes I purchased into 1 cup instead of having to drink my milkshakes out of 2 separate cups ( because the milkshakes they have only come in 1 size and thats a small). The lady making my shakes(the manager) tells me I have to pay for the empty cup which i didn't understand why since i just spent $20 on fries and 2 small shakes. But I went ahead and was going to buy the cup, so i asked how much for the cup, she rings up a large drink and tells me i have to pay almost $4 for the EMPTY CUP!!!. I then say no,I don't want a drink, I just wanted an empty cup to place the 2 milkshakes I bought into 1 cup. I have done this multiple times because Im always ordering 5 guys food and shakes and always spend over 50.00. But again thats the Cleveland location who truly practices customer service. But to try and charge me almost $4 for an empty cup is ridiculous. I don't understand why it's so hard to please a customers simple request, all i wanted was to place 2 shakes into 1 cup. I can spend my money here but can't even get a empty cup?? Who charges a customer $4 for an empty cup. That is ridiculous. I'm very disappointed in the Wooster Ohio location. Windows and doors have multiple streaks and stains as you walk in. The man at the register was not paying attention to us while taking our order, thus getting it incorrect. He quickly walked away from the counter after we placed our order so we could not correct it. The only female worker in the kitchen repeatedly was touching her face and glasses with her gloves on. She did not replace her gloves, and kept touching the food. Especially with the COVID-19 pandemic, sanitation is more important than ever, specifically in the food industry. There was only one order in front of us, and we waited for 15+ minutes to get our food. We will not be returning. read more

Delicious! Stopped in for lunch today and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Nearly $8 but it was worth every penny. Don't waste your money on other burger joints and stop in here at five guys! Also, the guy who handed out the food was super energetic and nice! read more

I like the concept of fresh foods so the burgers made to order is great to me. I think the fries are just ok. I think McCain makes a great skin on fry. Skip the peanut oil. I also don't like having my sandwich wrapped in foil. The guy behind the counter made a beautiful sandwich and wrapped it in a piece of foil that was too small and he smashed the bread and toppings.
